    just reading through the resy of the thread and i'd like to point out it's very likely ash's on demand version of tdu will not access hc mode should he download it... and alan i was busy yesterday but have been on tdu every other day this week and will be again later :)

    so with vehicle damage being in tdu2 those waikiki s7 type encounters are going to be much more brief as people will have to leave the server every two minutes to go patch up their cars cos of the annoying teen that treats the game like burnout? oh and woodruff is also an elephant fancier ;)

    i'm suggesting everyone considering buying tdu on demand go here and buy the hard copy on classics at play.com http://www.play.com/Games/Xbox360/4-/3439362/Test-Drive-Unlimited/Product.html?ptsl=1&ob=Price&fb=0 surely that's cheaper than on demand anyway? plus you can still install it to the hdd...

    the physics were apalling. i did think it was fairly pretty though. online play was really cheap and half mast. the map was tiny. i did enjoy it for a couple of weeks and long enough to get 1000/1000 though so i can't say anything more condemning...

    i'd also be thoroughly enthused about tdu2 also including oahu to once again drive around. just imagine how the americans would feel without waikiki strip lol. oh on the private jet - maybe the avatar arrives on a private jet similar to how they arrive at honolulu in tdu1. in which case the pic would be a truthfull representation of the games content. i am chuffed the game will include ladies knees ;)

    hey there's ridge 7 and tekken 6 too remember ;) plus anyone that doesn't have a 360 will have a few dual format games to play... well assuming they havent chucked the thing after that crash on monday...

    don't forget it also says the ps3 is finally getting tdu! my motto on ps3 has been "ps3 needs tdu" since launch day lol i will NEED both ps3 and 360 versions :D

    a year?? as in one? lol i refer you to tekken 6 - originally proposed to be a launch title for ps3 on it's original launch time of october 2006... the game came out in october 2009... i'm sure you can do the maths. but then one company's schedule is anothers vague musing... i'm still willing to bet we won't see it this year...
