    Was also a big fan of the original. An absolutely vast and epic game. Brilliant AI for its time too. Dragon rising looks like it could well be a very worthy successor. Will probably get it when I'm done with ODST and FM3 though. Most definitely before MW2 anyway!

    Nice one Shadow! :) Its amazing how many people have completely missed the point of this. Its the Simpsons 20th anni for crying out loud. The playboy cover is legit, but is nothing more than a publicity stunt! How many times has Heffner been in the Simpsons? so now its time for the Simpsons to be in his work. If you don't understand why this has happened then don't spam the thread with pointless posts.

    have been playing a bit more this evening. Really love the atmosphere and on normal difficulty there's just the right amount of killing vs peace, to allow you to explore all the nooks and crannies. I think I prefer the style of an ODST to the MC. I like that they do not recharge health/shields it makes you think much more when you encounter enemies. There's so many options to flank and find cover.

    My pre-order copy just arrived today. God bless the crappy UAE postal service. Everytime the wind blows there's another public holiday. Anyway first impressions are pretty decent. The VISR mode is quite cool, but is really just a glorified torch/NVG. Nothing that new. Its meant they can put a lot of black on screen and save on framerate issues... :) Looking forward to multiplayer though. Always love the co-op on ****

    Just downloaded the demo from XBL. Played it for 5 minutes and the deleted it. Found it pretty shift (silent f) to be honest.

    Well. Actually game are selling it for 54.99 :nanananana: And with the £5 postage I'm paying to get it shipped to the UAE (will arrive 2 weeks after its released) I think I've got the best deal here! Y'all best not be bored with when I start playing Am even determined to learn the wheel with this one. And I'm doing really well so far, have just come in 8th place in the Mini Cooper on the demo! Stoked :)

    Also had mine on order for quite a few months now too. Anyone with a shopto acc know if they'll deliver to the UAE? Its not clear on their site and I don't want to create an acc for the sake of just that. I'll cancel mine form Game if they do. ty Just noticed the FM3 SuperElite console is up for pre-ordering too. Pretty crappy really because it doesn't have any different graphics on the case. Just a 250gb drive and 2 controllers... Still the box it comes in looks nice. ;)

    I'll always check the strip when I play TDU, but with very little talk it does get so boring there. There is always someone driving in the water and bouncing in a Solstice though, which is always funny. Its amazing how so few people have actually learnt to drive down there properly. I voted for TDU dying. Its sad but its not the games fault it is the stupid partymode that has done it. For me TDU was always the best game because of its social side and in one hit M$ completely destroyed that. I hope TDU2 is official soon because if they take too long then the next consoles will be on the horizon and the game will last even less...

    I'd also choose the Saleen here. I really do not like the Maserati at all. If it really was a Maserati and not just a b a s t a r d (legitimate term here) sister to the Enzo then it might stand a chance.

    It was the last with the Master Chief and also the main story finished with number 3. The new games try to fill in the gaps a bit with ODST being set just before H3. Reach is apparently set before even H1...

    ODST is a new game, its just set in the same 'universe' and uses the same game engine. **** Reach will also probably use an upgraded engine but it will still be a new game. LOL yeah, I've been deleted off that list a few times too. All good fun though, we're all friends everyone's a winner. ;)
