  1. 4 choices on PC: Automatic Sequential H Shifter H Shifter + Clutch
  2. ^What they said :hi:
  3. Question is, did you make it? So what's better - Split Second or Motorstorm Apocalypse?
  4. meh, I'll get it when I get it, if I get it
  5. So they've based the car on 3 other cars which don't look very nice?
  6. American cars with loads of BHP and simplistic handling on a rally stage? You bet it's fun :p So when were you planing on having a race with me, Leadfoot ;)
  7. Watching the start of the video I thought it was quite alright (although didn't get a good profile shot of the car) ;) Damage looks minimal - who cares :p
  8. I've not liked Ferrari in a long time either - can't remember when it started exactly. Probably had something to do with which games their cars did or didn't feature in.
  9. Any pics of the damage? He did look terrified, eh? :p I like how they make the crash seem like a good thing by saying "We crash the Ferrari FF' at the start.
  10. Fine, then - I did a Google, which, erm, lead me to this site :susp:
  11. For what I assume is a fail-shot - that looks absolutely epic :p
  12. That said, TDU2 doesn't really have force-feedback :cheeky:
  13. Does that card require extra PSU connections that you might be mising?
  14. For those of us who didn't watch the race, care to explain why the DQ's were issued?
  15. I used to own the 8800GTS 320mb version, and could play TDU1 at max 4xAA at 1440x900, but when I couldn't play newer games (I think it was ProStreet at the time *shudders*) at max at my not-so-high res, I got the 9800GX2. Then when that conveniently died early last year, I got the GTX480 on its launch day.
  16. Your 8800GTS is a pretty old too Ozz (or you haven't updated your TDUC specs page in a while) ;)
  17. Agreed. Using the wheel may also subtract about 5FPS from the game as well.
  18. No silly - did he make it off the bridge in time
  19. Also keep in mind that the days of picking a graphics card based on how much memory it has are long gone. A graphics card is like a computer inside your computer - so compare the RAM, the GPU clock, and all the other specs as well. Easiest way is to use a benchmark graph. That said, the recommended cards are both overclocked varieties that don't appear on that chart.
  20. I bought RR7 for PS3 when I first got the console, only because I saw it on Ebay for $12. Not my kind of physics engine (esp with the PS3 controller which I don't like). Nice trailer - but it tells me next to nothing about the game :p Seriously, who walks through the cloud of steam and not around it?
  21. Or check that the code is pointing to where your programs are located. I've got no idea where you've installed TDU2, and where you've saved the mods - so you need to adjust the batch file accordingly. The batch file doesn't need admin rights, the programs themselves request that access.
  22. Just make a batch file to run the mod (which should be in the same directory as TDU2), then run the game i.e. - open Notepad.exe Type the following: @rem Launch TDU2 and mods cd "c:\program files\atari\test drive unlimited 2" start tdu2cam.exe start indicatormod.exe start uplauncher.exe exit Save file as TDU2.bat (make sure it doesn't end as .txt by selecting the 'All Files' type). Run the batch file instead of your TDU2 icon. If your PC is setup anything like mine then the code would be: @rem Launch TDU2 and mods d: cd d:\games\tdu2 start tdu2cam.exe start uplauncher.exe exit
  23. Esp if Hammond is on one of the bikes
  24. Perhaps it thinks you are in someone else's house
