Classic Cars are definded in the UK (Where im from) "Vehicles constructed before 1 January 1973 are eligible for a free vehicle licence under the "Historic Vehicles" legislation. This is due to the age of the vehicle and a presumption of limited mileage." Since im from the UK, the rules are gonna be the same as that for this POTW.

None of them are classed as Classic Cars. Anything built before the 70's is usually classed as Classic.
