Depends wether or not you replace a Lambo with a Sandero

Right, none of these have started yet, due to coursework, the time of year and exams, but when they do, I will always show screens of the first import into TDU. 1. Dacia Logan and/or Sandero for Alfa GT After having insulted fans of these cars elsewhere in the forum, I am committed to bringing one or both of them to TDU. :) 2. Mugen Honda S2000 (roof up and down) for Saturn Curve http://i300.photobucket.com/albums/nn7/captain_clutch_kick/Honda_S2000-35.jpg Want a good sound mod for this as well, I really like high-revving NA engines such as Honda's VTEC units. That'll do for now. These are my contributions to the TDU vehicle modding community, unless somebody else makes one (or more) of them first ;)

Is this possible? It's great when you have all that space to stretch your car out but what TDU needs is some proper tarmac on those runways! Anyone any ideas?

I'm going to make a proper off roader: a Land Rover Series II. I hate SUVs because there truly is no point to them at all, but I do like off roaders.

To be honest, I can't decide whether I'd prefer a Hyundai Genesis (shock horror) CAR says it's really good.

Really tempted to have a go at making a Supervan for a Noble...

Y'know, I'd actually prefer an Oyster card, but it's a little bit tricky to drive a train ticket... :rolleyes:

Hey, listen: nobody cares about Dacias! You can have modders make any car you want and yet you just want to drive something really cheap, slow and undesireable? It flies in the face of the dream car lifestyle TDU is all about! However, I believe that since every other game worth modding has a Dacia in it (the GTAs, NFS and others) it is only right that TDU has one too. So, since I want something easy to ease me into the world of zmodeler, I'm talking to the makers of this Sandero and this Logan about converting from NFS Most Wanted to TDU. ;)

Looking forward to these, impressive stuff :) Can/will you be doing a bare carbon fibre version? If so, on the actual thing they meticulously sew it so it forms an accurate chevron pattern all the way up the car, like: \/ \/ \/ \/ (front is at this end) Keep up the good work!

I don't care. I bought this game. I reserve the right to complete it how I want, and if it involves giving myself a bajillion dollars, so be it. I would not care if everyone online did it too. Luckily, my savegame is from when trainers worked and was able to max my money with that. But I would never use such a device to unfairly win a race, and at the end of the day isn't that what matters? Keep this thing up. It saves people time. I don't have enough hours in the day to fit in my college work, a job, a girlfriend and videogames, so I take one or two non-competetive shortcuts with the games. Especially since many games are far too long these days, I don't want to do the same race time after time again to earn the same money as I could if I hacked it. So keep this please, it is simply a hack for people who don't have time to do the best prize money race a squillion times over. :)

Can I just ask, is there a way to hack the ride height/wheel size of any car wihout resorting to ZModdler? Is there a database file somewhere we can edit? As far as I can tell apart from those glitches there is nothing else bad about replacing any car with a modded one intended for a different car. E: Well, that and the windows but that isn't an issue for some people.

Would it be possible to somehow use this code? Do you think they made the stats for these cars? If they did then that means that by activating the code elsewhere in the DB file and adding it to the car list, we can has a modded Veyron with its own accurate Eden-made stats...

Apart from the Targa version, which never existed, absolutely none whatsoever had painted engine covers, even the LM versions... Still, it's a game, suspend your disbelief, it does look rather good :p

I think loads of people want to know how to do this, me included. If you put it on here you risk ruining online mode, but, I don't think that will happen. Our modding community is more mature than that, so I say Iced shoud make a downloadable .txt file for members only with instructions on how to do it. If people misuse the stats editing for their cars and play online in 300mph Miuras, what obligation do you have to race them?

I'm waiting till I can get Undercover pre-owned like I got Prostreet, then I'm going to cheat, then I'm going to record some for TDU and maybe make a tutorial if I find time. The lack of a file size restrictor is awesome!
