really? has it been released? if so where can i download it?

Should've been more specific sorry, what were the names of the 2db's within the bnk that contained the bubble image? I don't convert every 2db, i just use Djeys file browser and clicking them opens them in photoshop(with the dds filter)

where did you find them? what were they labeled? i've hunted through everything i can think of, the only files i can't get into are the 2dms. i've found images, the map logos, but nothing pertaining to the bubbles themselves. i'll have to sift through it all tomorrow and try again.

sorry i've been on and off the computer all day. ok in the logotexturepage.bnk there are two logo.2db files, these are the only logos i've found in the game. icons_map,2db which contains all the map logos including car brands, and the initial one i mentioned logos_brands.2db which contains larger logos, only car brands. so they may indeed be the bubble logos. the only reason i didn't think they were is because there aren't any of the indepenent.vintage. etc logos. so you might want to try these and see what happens, or i will if i have the time. unless there are other images hidden in 2dm files(i don't know how to open these) i can't find logos other than the dealership flags in hawaii>spots. again there may be something hidden in those 2dms? ***Update: logos_brands.2db will only change the logo within the hud window as you drive by a dealer, not the bubble logo. i'm stumped, those logos must be hidden somewhere in the hawaii spots bnks for each dealer

Ok i know in frontend>allres>logotexturepage>logos_brands.2db contains the logo images, whether these are for the map only or are used for the dealership bubbles as well i'm not sure. i'll have to test it sometime today. in the mean time i'll see what's in the high res section as well edit* nope looks like these are just the map logos, good to know though. in the meantime i'll keep digging

wow is the mazda dealer somewhere in game? or something you found and put in/replaced yourself? perhaps the logos are the same used in the overhead map? i forget where they are i'll do some digging tomorrow if i have time, been awhile since i've done any graphics modding

Ugh sorry i dont want to hijack the thread, can you help me out Djey? I've tried changing the Noble M14 to Audi R8 or just R8, in carphysics but there are two entries for Noble M14 and 3 entries that say M14. With the first of the Noble M14 entry I got the default car and the name simply said test drive unlimited. With the second entry the car model was back, but still named Noble M14. Which entry or entries am i supposed to play with? How exactly did you change yours and were there multiple entries for that car too?

Ah i'd looked at those along time ago but wasnt sure if that was it, so just the carphysicsdata, good stuff. i can finally have an R8 instead of a Noble lol btw, dont you find the new model sits too high on the old tt body or is it just on mine? for my part i replaced the saloon instead so its still in the audi dealership

as always very nice work, love the silvia. i can't wait to play with some of the other 'imports'. north american car manufacturers are complete morons, some of their nicest cars are in european and australian markets. they'll never learn.

why not update the first post with the download link and upgrade to release instead of WIP? i'm not a big fan of tuned cars but this is still really nice work and it was fun zipping around in this, thanks
