I've tried on texture modding, and it's impossible, but you can turn on the taillight by putting into Reverse, or turn on the headlight by putting into Reverse, or signal light. Or when braking the headlights would turn on, not including your normal headlight.

I found that on a DB7 Vanquish on the Bonds Car

I doesn't seem to see much Porsche though, maybe they're cheap, mostly there are S-Class, 7-Series, Estima, Alphard. Nissan GTR seems more common

Nice job, not a fan of CLK, but you can use this file found on flickr on the rear light texture, so it's not just blured textured, and the braking place should be on the top, with LED. Anyway nice work
