Hello, about the Mazda RX8, there is a Mazda RX8 already done, but its a tuned one(Veilside kit) it has a high poly interior. Maybe you can ask the creator's if you can use the interior. http://tdu-world.com/forum/28-1217-1 (Its in russian though)

He could get a 5.7 Hemi which is better, it can also get up to 390HP without mods(If he got it from the Ram)

1) There aren't any kits for the 370Z as far as I know(Unless you count the Nismo version) 2) NFS kits SUCK BALLS.

I think the same bug happens to me(the 40 car thing) I didn't keep count but it crashed one time or another.

Max RPM will be the same, you will be able to edit it in the future though. -
Its real good, I put mine on the XLR-V for better performance. I used this sound mod http://forum.turboduck.net/showthread.php?t=8569 Its basically a beefed up 350Z sound so it fits it well.
