Forza has SUV's but not tracks that's made for them :P

I sure hope this beats current TDU's but I have feeling it won't, apart from driving feeling. Accessable areas seem to be more limited than in TDU. I hoped there could be some unique places like in TDU has. Another things is cars. Forza's cars are sure great but all that hype with those cars that appear in-game, are just taken straight from Forza 4. So as a feature they are not so significant.

Have to say, I prefer the VC HD -mod.

Anyone know is there places like car dealer or does all this happen in some menu?

^Last time I played (ages ago) they did using the universal launcher. I don't know whether it's up to date or not but mods did work in online mode using it. And I'd be careful about using mods online, many modders have been banned.

How do you mod and play online carefully?

You can put mods on Steam version but ...

But you can not run the game on the Steam Launcher, Launcher will have to use for mods ....

I use and how to put games on No-Steam but Steam does not show that I'm in TDU2 but using the Launcher ...

I'm sorry for thread bump but just to clarify, does that mean mods work in Steam version and also online game? I don't care if Steam friends don't see I'm in-game.
