  1. He's not talking about the airplane ;) Plane
  2. That's the saddest gaming news i've heard in over 3 years. Even if Lamborghini was very expensive, if any brand deserves to be in a supercar game it should be Lamborghini. They are literally at the roots of mid-engined road-going supercars!
  3. I really, really, really, really, really hope this list is incomplete. I've played TDU1 since the day it was released nearly 4 years ago, and still regularly play it, and have been waiting for TDU2 for years too but this is so disappointing that I've cancelled my pre-order. I might reconsider buying it if Lamborghini's are added as a DLC, particularly an LP640, but until that time i'm not buying it.
  4. Would send pm, but can't: I think it would be an excellent idea for you to set us up a tdu forum, so that we don't have to cope with the new tdu 2 forums and their associated immaturity, shouting, general mess etc. =) If it's ok with you, I think that would be the best course of action - I can contact and notify all the regulars here through steam, xfire and the tdu2 place if you were to set it up. (I've also pmed this to you over at atari eu in case you don't get it here) Thanks =) Rob

    1. Yeah i agree, it's awesome but doesn't really fit the style and feel of TDU :)
    2. hehe yeah i remember that. Good ol' times of uncertainty...
    3. On one hand i love the idea of a radio host woven through the game and all the fun little things they can do with that...but on the other hand i thorougly hate Dj Atomica for being such a lousy, cheap, poorly done ripoff of Lazlow Jones (GTA), who, unlike Atomica, isn't fictional but an actual real world radio host.
    4. Yeah i know, i got this phone when i played Burnout Paradise...that's what gave me the inspiration  Didn't play burnout long enough for it to get annoying, but i do remember it playing all the damn time in the game. Though on my cellphone i only ever hear the first 20 seconds or so before i answer the call and that's the part i like best haha
    5.   Woah that video borked my mind! When the music in that video started i grabbed my cellphone and tried to answer it...when there was nobody on the other side i realised the music came from the video... I have "Guns N' Roses - Paradise City" as my ringtone lol
    6. Well that's the entire point...WHAT it says, not IF it says something. I'm pretty sure Burnout Paradise says "Press Enter", just like NFS and the rest of the EA games do.
    7. That's probably why i have never seen it then...i pick my games wisely
    8. Of course (just like it can detect a G25 for example), but does that also actually change such messages? I guess it's possible, though it seems odd :) But i'll leave it for someone who actually has experience with console controllers on PC games...anyone can confirm they've seen such messages change in a PC game? :) "Any key" isn't a key...it's any key :p And i've never been asked to press the Ok or Cancel button unless there's a button onscreen you can click with your mouse (or if a button has specifically been assigned to be those things) :) Of course, it's not a finished product yet so anything could happen, and it really doesn't matter much :)
    9. I think it's console actually. There is no such thing as a start button on a keyboard, nor onscreen. And there being a mouse cursor doesn't mean much. I've seen mouse cursors in console game menus. I've never owned a console (PC ftw!), but the few times i've played console games at friend's i've seen mouse cursors (i was surprised too the first time hehe) so it can't be all that rare either. No they don't. They have "Press Enter" screens. But "press Start to play" is completely a console thing. I've never seen that in any PC game, unless there was actually a start button onscreen to click on with the mouse (and even then it usually says click, not press). In PC games those lines always use "any key" or sometimes space bar or enter, but never Start since there is no such button on a keyboard.
    10. TDU1 servers are up and fine. Just tried it, connected perfectly straight away, connected to friends straight away too.
