    If you've done everything you should have access to the Beta forums, plus I believe this question popped up and someone just ran it in compatibility mode 640x480 and was able to change it afterwards.     It's a p2p downloader, make sure you limit your upload otherwise it can take up your bandwidth. Read the forums for info on how to do this.
