  5. Nope. I'm guessing the volcano isn't helping mind you.

  6. Nah we seems alright for it right now.
  7. Watch the Top Gear episode with James May and notice the engine could still go another 1000-1500rpm. Also the GPS hit 407.9km/h, the Veyron is supposedly limited to 407km/h. Bugatti could easily smash the record but they just don't see the need to. The SSC is probably only better than any other hypercar on this planet .....in Top Trumps. :cheeky: IMO they didn't follow McLaren at all, all they did was copy the design of 2-3 past cars, throw a Koenigsegg interior into it, lump in an engine, turbocharge it and make it light. McLaren designed the F1 to be fast by designing the shape, creating a new design principle in the complete carbon fibre monocoque, getting BMW to design and build a bespoke engine and lining it with gold for brilliant heat dissipation, planting the driver right in the middle for not only an F1 like focus and experience but for also weight distribution and then making do with what they had and getting the most speed out of it without adding more everytime. They said this is what we have to work with, let's do it and they did and way better than anyone could have imagined. So no offence but I think saying SSC followed McLaren in anyway is completely insulting to Gordon Murray and the McLaren F1 team who created an absolute masterpiece from scratch and not just some kitcar reject lookalike with a ton of power.
  8. Atari actually do these things often.
  9. Well if you're in California guys check it out, it's not for definite to be TDU2 but it could be.
  10. The Subscription check was disabled a while ago to conserve server resources but it has now been enabled again. We'll see how it goes. :) Also remember you can always Unsubscribe from your User CP.
  11. Check this instead, honestly a straight pipe LP640 is seriously godly! WARNING!! Turn it up LOUD!
  12. Imagine if it was a Challenge Stradale instead. :D
  13. Interesting results thus far. Seems the general consensus is basically yes even as just an option.
  14. I think he was talking about Demon Souls to be honest. http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/demons-souls-due-in-europe-this-june
  15. Oh god, well read out of context guys. :fp:
  16. And #1 is "test drive unlimited 2". Now that's impressive. Also Alexa is a bit hit and miss as if you grab the Alexa toolbar you can influence your favourite site in the rankings quite a bit.
  17. Yeah there was a media event on Monday as far as I know so new info and such should be appearing in the upcoming weeks along with the trailer no doubt. :)
  18. Clegg was literally the man! However the whole Trident thing may cost him.
  19. Welcome to last week.

  20. Well they usually release 2 per gen so GTA V would be about right for a release in 2011/2012.
  21. turbo I have to applaud you for your passion and conviction in voicing your opinion, like I said we want our members to be honest with us in the bad as well as the good as a community is nothing without it's members. However we can't just implement everything that every one person wants as not everyone feels the same. We took heed on the Mod Shop layout and are desperately seeking Mod Mods who can look over it along with the rest of the staff but this is proving really tough. Mainly because the most active in there are somewhat either already Modders themselves or that they mainly live in their but don't help or throw out a community vibe that would make them ideal for the position. It's very tough to keep a community like this running smooth especially when the latest and greatest info keeps popping up. New members and some annoying at that will just join for the run up to the game then disappear right afterwards, I've seen it happen in a lot of places and it will happen here. Without the Mod Shop this place was still a TDU community, it's hard as hell trying to keep that community aspect with the one hit wonders who just swoop in for the mods and then leave again. We are taking a proactive look around this place, but it takes time to gauge what and how to do those that we want to implement or alter, we can't just change it right away it takes planning and also observation. Behind the scenes a lot more work is going on, on a daily basis to keep this place alive and more important to help it to grow. Popularity can be a great thing but it can also be a hindrance, we've done our best to keep on top of it and of course our members help out greatly in this respect also which we cannot be thankful enough for. So like I said even though some may think of you as you said, I actually appreciate your forwardness in bringing issues to light, be sure we are working on getting these remedied but like Melman said, it takes time.
  22. As true as that is you will always have people wanting to run people over, I agree though peds are good for immersion. It was funny in MCLA when they commented on how good or bad your car was.
  23. Just let you do it then. :cheeky:
  24. LOL remove trees? "Hey Bob crash into that tree, ok good now crash into Bill. Alright now call a tree surgeon and an ambulance." Wow you're right, no difference between them at all. :)
