Thanks guys! It was tough to get right (damn IE!!) but we got there in the end. Also HGen, 'three' just means version 3/v3 of the style we've had on this forum.

Well if you haven't noticed by now - and to be honest if you haven't then seriously think about getting professional help -we have updated our style like we said we would into something less ...er graphic intensive to before and basically we hope you like it. We've tested it in Firefox, Opera, Chrome, IE8/7/6 and Safari but not on a Mac yet so Mac owners let us know how it works (or doesnt!) on your end cheers! There's still some small addendums to be made but for the most part three is live, you guys said you liked the flow of the last one so we did our best to keep it and well... hope we succeeded. Changes in structure amongst other more important requirements will be coming on board also in the next couple of days to make the board a lot more user friendly and friendly. I'm getting tired of the Mod Shop turning into a place to argue for some people and this is going to stop right now or else the Mod Shop will be only open on Bank Holidays and Sundays. You've been warned! We are also going to be introducing the Speshul subscription to our members in the next few days so if you were interested back when it's first mentioned and want to help keep TDUCk alive, well and swimming then this is going to be one of the best ways of making that happen. :) Anyway I'm knackered, gonna take a rest and hit some miles on TDU believe it or not so peace out guys and thanks a lot for your continued support and I look forward to being with and annoying the hell out of yous for the forseeable future! Not really if done well, I mean if it's easy for them to add roads, cities and such and then add more off-road environment giving them somewhat a creative freedom to create their own personal Ibiza then I'm all for it. And why judge so hastily, do you know this idea will not work as they may have planned and are in the process of doing so or are you just jumping the gun! Also whose to say that the Island will not only be based on Ibiza and include over inspiration from other coastal regions and such, we don't know anything and won't know until we're shown. Keep tabs on the Gamereactor network of sites, info and news seems to appear and then be gone almost as quickly. So far spotted is: * Co-op mode where a driver and navigator must complete a course within some kind of limitation. * Co-op through the game as a team * The island is based on a 2.5x to scale Ibiza or an Ibiza to the scale 2.5x that of O'ahu. Umm that's it thus far.

Not necessarily, they clearly have been working on TDU2 a while and are possibly doing a Forza but in the good way as in actually giving themselves time to get what needs done, done. :D Of course delays can happen also so who knows! At least it won't be GT5-esque.

Umm they said Autumn/Fall 2010 so September, October or November. Some sites took that to mean Q4 which it doesn't, and you're both right with your interpretations also.

Yeah the Shopto thing will be coming back, I wish there was an easier way of using their system though as having a link for every item is time consuming compared to a universal id or hash to identify the referring location.

The Lotec - as well as BMW and the Honda Bike - logo was seen on renders for TDU that's why I'm wondering. And the moving intakes, spoilers, wings etc are known as active aero, something we mentioned in TDU2 needs. :)

I wonder if they got the Lotec in this one? Hmm...

If they got tuners on board like Hamann, Novitec, AC Schnitzer, Gemballa etc then I wouldn't say no to putting a kit on certain exotics. Again this will come down to licensing and how keen the manufacturers on allowing their cars to be kitted. Changing the wheels and their colours plus lowering the car is the least I am hoping for. :)

BTW the delay in the PC Carpack was iirc due to legal negotiations for the most part. Atari had a hell of a time getting all the manufacturers from the 360 DLC to also accept terms for the PC.

I think they've gone the route Forza went whereas they have got the main components together and are now going to work on the other parts polishing them up and getting feedback from what I would imagine would be an eventual demo/beta.
