From what I read freeroam or Free Drive as it's called is single player only. 1 on 1 Interceptor appears to be freeroam as in no closed circuit but the 4v4 and 8 player racing are closed circuits. I was checking out the NFS forums when searching for "TDU2" on Google and this is what people are saying. Anyone who has the game who can say for sure would be appreciated though!

Even today there is no online freeroam in the NFS series? Ok that's sort of got me in a downer, they missed the boat on that one imo as we TDU fans are awaiting TDU2 and now it's been delayed, and as wrong and hurtful as it may sound (:eek:) ...a NFS may have filled the void.

On the consoles the game was nothing like a sim really. Maybe they've fixed that but when my Carrera GT started bouncing on Spa like it was like something out of a 90's rap vid. No way, that bit got toed!

Maybe in Wales it does but here umm nope. Then again that might be because their is a US Importer in Glasgow and you sometimes see their cars driving about.

Shift isn't NFS supposedly, Shift is it's own thing now though I guess it gets released in NFS's release zone. Umm yeah anyway it will have the FIA GT1 and FIA GT3 cars and tracks with B already confirming Bathurst and Spa though Shift already had Spa it's still nice to know.

People have been telling me good things about this game I have to say, even a few saying not using the nitrous makes the game more of a challenge and you can originally sort of stop runaways if you side up to them and hit them against a wall or something. Would still have been nice to be able to pit them though. I'm intrigued to say the least.

Here’s the latest ending theme song from Amagami. It tells the story of how Rihoko has over time come to fall in love with Junichi though is unable to express her feelings. Thematically it’s similar to Kaoru’s Kitto Ashita wa… and her arc in general although Rihoko has of course been holding in her feelings for a lot longer. I like how the repetition of deep in my ___ emphasizes her deep longing for love. It’s a pretty nice song overall though not necessarily a standout. Enjoy! Manga creator Ken Akamatsu (Negima! Magister Negi Magi, Love Hina) announced on Monday that he is launching a "J-Comi" website that will eventually post out-of-print manga for free with advertising support. He is working with Ryusei Deguchi (Abenobashi: Magical Shopping Arcade ) and other fellow manga creators, in part to deal with the current situation of manga being scanned and uploaded without authorization. Under the proposed plan, the site will distribute out-of-print manga with the creators' permission and with advertising. The advertising revenues will then be split among the creators. The site will use PDF (Portable Document Format) files without DRM (digital rights management). A beta version of the site will launch on November 26 with 14 volumes of Akamatsu's hit manga Love Hina, and the site will tally the number of downloads and clicks as a test of the business model. Early on Wednesday morning, over 20 K-ON! anime character goods and a safe with about 290,000 yen (about US$3,500) were discovered to be missing from the former campus of Toyosato Elementary School — the real-life model for the high school seen in the K-ON! anime. The safe contained proceeds from the on-campus store. In the year between May 2009 and May 2010, about 40,000 fans visited the campus in Shiga Prefecture, and over 1,000 goods were put on display. Among the stolen goods were two replicas of the guitars owned by the anime's main characters, a bass guitar, and 22 figures of the main characters. All of the stolen goods were items lent by fans, and the local tourism association apologized to them and future visiting fans.
