Plenty came out of the Chatbox though, it was and still is good fun for a bit of banter and a laugh, sure it might get less activity now but it's always there and who knows if there isn't much change I'll put it back or find some means of getting it sorted. Yeah Albums and Groups are gone as tbh they are just Bloat to what should just be a forum and like you said hardly anyone used them anyway.

Let me clear something, bandwidth we have in abundance, resources not so much and due to the activity of this place I am in the process of testing having the Chatbox off the main page (every main page load + chatbox = resources) along with some other things in the later days. Got to find a way to keep us online after all. :D

The original finding of this TDHL has since been changed to TDU sequel. The link to his downloadable Word CV has also been removed. As with everything on the internet though there is always copies and screencaps, in fact here's some now! Before (originally taken August 2009) After (changed today by the look of it)

If the forebearer is well recognised as TDU is then TDU2 would be fine, just like the Gran Turismo, Forza and Rainbow Six series of games. I get what you mean though in that rumours can spread and I remember that NFS: Island thing also though there was a truth going about that EA were looking at an open world NFS in the same sort of vein as TDU but nothing ever came of it UNLESS that's what Criterion is working on for next years NFS release. Like we've doing for so long though we just have to wait and see, if TDHL is the next game then the title implies a more upmarket jet-set way of life than starting in the dregs of society and working your way back up. I can definitely hear the rumour-mill starting it's turbines though! :D

There is a new Test Drive coming, when is another matter and what it will be called is also unknown. I hid it because it was unknown and also sometimes it's good to not let everything out you find AND it's better if others find as it means you can talk without the fear of getting shot. No idea, I saw that myself, maybe Fabien is getting ready for 2010! All info known is essentially out now as far as I know.

Thank you very much Jesus for the breakdown of the main parts and of course for the clear translations. Regarding the Xbox 360 and PC only development, I believe this was to be the case when TDU 2 was originally intended and wanted to be released in 2007, however a disagreement between the parent company and Atari Inc meant this was put on hold. There is a report that shows that Atari Inc's plans included TDU 2 for the same platforms as TDU (PC, X360, PSP & PS2) and then in 2009 TDU 3 would be for PC, PS3 and X360. Remember this is a report from 2007 so a lot could have changed, we don't and won't know until Eden or Atari decide to announce it officially for themselves. Even so it's still well worth a read!
