From what people are posting and Djey is showing, editing these factors does not mean you will get banned when hitting the online portion of the game. That is the main reason for our current stance on this issue. Believe me we can see both sides and had a long discussion with Djey about it. We're not only prohibiting for the sake of it, we looked into and weighed up the pros against the cons and at the moment the cons are more experience destroying for those online than not having them We're always looking at it though.

The dust collected in the 4mins I had it out, the progression of the pics shows how the dust just collected on it! :D To be fair though it's because it's been under wraps for so long that it just attracts dust as soon as the model is left to breathe. :oook: The colour/paint gets better also once it's let out of it's box. I remember reading this with a previous model I got a while ago. When you first view the model it will be a bit dull and then after about 30mins+ the paint just starts to shine as the model isn't contained and can breathe! :monkeydance:

Alright as you know we ran a contest called SAW last month for the first time which stands for Support and Win. The premise of this is simple, all of those members who Support TDU Central by donating a certain amount are automatically entered into a draw to win a stunning prize. Last month it was a Kyosho Audi R8 model (won by rollingtheboy) and without knowing that we would need to be moving to more expensive accommodation we purchased the next prize for the next contest! This prize is a Kyosho BMW E92 M3 Coupe Dealer Edition which you cannot buy in the shops as they were made especially for BMW dealers funny enough. Anyway as we are half way through the month and we have this model ready to give away we are dropping the amount for automatic entry to $5 USD (or it's equivalent in your own currency) and remember for each $5 (or equivalent) you give you will get an extra entry into the draw; so $10 = 2 entries, $20 = 4 entries and so on. Have you tried another PC to see if it is your account doing this rather than your browser or cookies?

What do you guys think of this? Right we're half way through September and we have a model to give away that was intended for the next SAW Draw. So how about for this month we do SAW and that gives someone the chance to win the model as well as plenty of time to work something out from next month onwards? Means there's no rushing and someone gets a model that was going to be given away anyway. *New pics added in first post also*

Do we continue with SAW contests or do we go ahead with the voluntary monthly support/subscription method that many of you were keen and supportive of when we were in the process of getting ourselves back online? If people are asking for it what is the big deal about that? If they do some good mods and the community thinks so too then they deserve the rank of Modder. If they do nothing to warrant it then why should it bother you at all also? Seriously if you think the Modder badge somehow makes you great or amazing on here then think again, all it does and was meant to do was show you are a valuable member of the TDU community in creating mods for the game for people to enjoy. That's it! It's not some super elite gang badge or something like at least 1 person thinks.

The game will constantly ask you to update and may even become unplayable. Your serial key could even get black listed by SecuRom so it's not advised at all. Locked :locked:
