  1. My MV Augusta has 4200 miles on it and tbh I haven't driven it in about 3 weeks. Need to take it around the coast later on tonight me thinks. After that is my Rt12 and my green Zonda Roadster both on about 2000 miles each. My Gallardo has now hit the 1000 mile mark also ! :D BTW That Skyline last night only had 11 miles on it when I took it out the garage, at the end it had 291miles on it ! I didn't think we'd driven that much. lol
  2. Yeah I get you but a tunnel would make it all clear. ;)
  3. Listen to a stock Murcielago then listen to a Murcielago R-GT, most people change their exhausts in order to try for a raw racecar inspired sound. Also tubi exhausts are regarded as some of the best for your Ferrari.
  4. Vimeo Added now also ! Now you can integrate and post Vimeo videos you may have done by using the code shown below. When you view a Vimeo video you are given a video id in the URL (web address shown in your browser's address bar) and that's all you need to post your Vimeo video here. For example: http://www.vimeo.com/736158; Now 736158 is the Video ID so copy that down and then enter the code [*vimeo]736158[*/vimeo] without the asterisks (*) and it will show your video just like below. [vimeo]736158[/vimeo] Youtube embed added. To do a youtube embed you use the [ tube ]videocode[ /tube ] and where it says "videocode" put the videocode of the video you wish to embed. Example the link to the video is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yY1a8zg-jq8 You grab the section after "v=" which is "yY1a8zg-jq8". And voila ! [ tube ]yY1a8zg-jq8[ /tube ] (without the spaces) becomes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yY1a8zg-jq8 Remember to remove the spaces in the [ tube ][ /tube ] tags.
  5. This a feature you would like ?
  6. Good for you, keep it to PM, don't take threads offtopic for no reason.
  7. There could be an announcement about this in the next few hours, according to Mattlab himself he will be updating later on today. (remember US is at least 5 hours behind GMT) Update: More info will be posted at 12AM EST (GMT-5). Hopefully Mattlab will post here also so we know exactly what's going on. :D
  8. Edonis lights are still the same.
  9. McLaren F1 chin on dash bug is still there. *sigh*
  10. LMAO you have to laugh at the above pics it's as if someone is saying "tempt fate will you !?".
  11. Those things are server side so I'm guessing they must be tweaking or at least I hope they are.
  12. I know how you and others powerover through corners and tbh it looks like this update from what I experienced actually asks for car control and low gears rather than just mashing the throttle to get the rear end out which I personally like as in the interior view the car moves more naturally plus I'm certain they've changed the rumble feedback as I can tell what the car is doing more than before. If you drifted by just flooring it with no driving aids then this update isn't going to help you much, if you tried to actually drift by unsettling the car and regulating the throttle then you may find the car slightly more grippy than before meaning you need to be in a lower gear to break traction. I haven't played with it much and I will be trying all manners of cars later on to see if there is a discernible difference between them but for now it just takes a bit of getting used to from what I've seen. It needs tweaked for sure but it's not as bad as some are saying imo.
  13. I like the cars handling more with the update but I don't like the power delivery if that makes sense. The car has weight now but you can't really throw the car around with the power like you used to. I would have liked the added weight but with the original power delivery. I will persevere more with it tonight.
  14. Baxie re-downloading the DLC seems to fix that issue according to one person on the UK boards.
  15. Updated first post with better resolution pics plus a second image.
  16. Alright just a had a quick run in the RUF Rt12 and I am 50/50 split on the new handling as there is stuff I like and as always stuff which I don't quite agree with. First the likes: * I like the fact the car has weight to it now and that it doesn't seem to fly as high over some crests and dips and you now have to be extra careful when driving at over 150mph as the car will not turn as sharp as before which tbh I do like as it keeps you on your toes. * I like the added grip that the tires now have, in most cars you can not burnout all the way up if you start in a high gear so this change makes sense. * Braking seems improved, don't know how to explain it but it just does. * Maybe it's just me but there appears to be more rumble feedback with your car now, you can feel your car rather than just bumps in the road. Again hard to explain. (BTW wireless has less harsher feedback to save battery power so if you can, try with a wired one) Now the dislikes: * Not being able to rev in gear. * There is some niggling form of tc on your car now even with aids off and it makes it difficult to power out of a turn and have your rear end dancing like a pendulum. * Still no rear wheel locked when handbraking. Summary --------- All in all there is a difference in the cars now, the good is they now have weight and actually feel like it via the rumble and hopefully some people can confirm FFB for us. Driving like a looney in traffic is even more unnerving due to the car actually having weight and a delay when turning at high speeds. But there's always a but, with no aids the car isn't completely free of assisted control and those who like to attempt to drift will have some issues trying to high speed drift, low speed is actually fun but because of the added assistance it's difficult to keep your wheels spinning in a high gear. As with everything it may just be a getting used to it scenario and I will persevere with it later but for now I got work to do. Don't dismiss it without putting in some time first and also try some different cars also.

  22. What's happened is that Google is set to display images as well as text ads and now that the trial period is over, the Google ad spider has determined because of the traffic visiting this site that these ads are suitable for display. Not to mention Virgin Media are going all out in advertising right now so you do see them everywhere. It's still only Google ads so don't worry there's not going to be any buzzing mosquito or stupid flash games showing and remember if you're interested in what an ad shows, click it because it means we can do more for the community. :) Cheers!
  23. Re: TDU Central Competiton #1 Wahey and we're under way, Hybrid and Baxie got the ball rolling and tested out the stages for us and we have to admit it went well and they both hated it and cursed us so we knew we had chosen the right car and course. :stinks: The rest of you who entered will have your chance to compete in the upcoming weeks, it takes about an hour to do so if and when we contact you make sure you have this time to spare. Thanks and good luck ! Oh we won't be telling you anyone's times until the very end. :D Hybrid_IV and Baxie. (Click image for larger image) Note: This competition is not open to anymore entries as the time for doing so has passed, this thread is open now to discussion regarding this competition only. Thanks!
  24. No you only get the one from the dealer but you can buy as many as you want via trade.
  25. Updated the first post with some info about a PC wheel giveaway for the first 20 days of when this goes live.
