They will expire in 14 days as that was the term set for them, should you get at least another point within that time period then a ban will be automatically issued. The infraction will remain on your account but won't be viewable by anyone but the staff.

No 3 or more infraction points within a 7 day period is when a ban occurs, that's what it means.

Not necessarily as the 28th is the last Friday of Jan 2011 so it could just be another estimate.
