time to burn I think it might be a good time to burn a cd of my savegame files. I have a back up on external HDD but you know they can crash too.

Replaced I changed to the mod sound and I get a clean sound now. But I always heard the engine with the clicking sound.

followed to the letter I tried the mod with adding as per instructions and it worked no problem. It kept the file name rubys-diner_log_02.2DB in the edi_a file so no harm done. I can only think that maybe if shy guy changed it to match logo it might not show up. Cool mod by the way. Thankyou :thumbsup:

Installing question I have downloaded this mod and following the instructions I find that when I get to the file called rubys-diner_log_02.2DB I am to replace it with a file called rubys-diner_logo_02.2DB. Isn't this going to be a miss match (log to logo) and not allow the mod to show correctly. This might be what Shy-guy is talking about. Maybe I can repost after I try both possibilities and answer my own question.

cool I crashed my fathers one of those, he was not happy. Yes it would be cool to have one or both of these models in the game. Maybe to on the 350z.

surround I get a clicking sound too for those cars. I have 5.1 and Quad core but I can still hear the engine. Try modifying your sound settings before you start the game. If you work it out let us know here please?

Aussies all around Hi PPD, I pre-ordered my copy of TDU and played for weeks every night. I took a break and have returned and now play it more than the others too. I own 4 copies of TDU now (yes I have 4 pc's) and use it for lan parties with mates so all 4 can drive together. TDU rocks and with the megapack it has extended the fun some more. Welcome to TDU Central. I too am a recent arrival and an Aussie.

Location The lag might be to do with your location. I am in Australia and now play on the European servers. When I bought the mega pack I had the option to buy the US version or the Euro version. The US is closer but it said that mega pack was only for US clients. Now I get lag and crashing more often too. I am playing on the Euro servers now and see a lot less people then before the pack. Hope this might give you some idea about your problem.
