The Wiesmann GT is technically not in the game, unless you're talking about the mod, in which case, if you installed the physics, those physics changed the top speed of the car, you'll need to change it back with TDUPE before you can edit the cameras with TDUMT.

Dude, you obsess over the dumbest things...... The Ruf RK IK is the farthest back the seats will go, which means NOTHING when you're DRIVING THE CAR.

Then use the Ruf RK IK, but don't complain about the odd hand position on the steering wheel or how high the driver's head is above the window line..... The only time you ever see your driver is when you're NOT DRIVING, which is the antithesis of what you're supposed to be doing in a driving game.....:rolleyes:

You guys might want to put some transparent watermarks in your images over the cars themselves, if any aspiring car designer sees a topic like this, with tons of images with no copywrites on them, he can steal your stuff and there wouldn't be anything you could do about it.

You should have made a backup of the physics BEFORE you installed them. The only way for you to get them back now is to re-install the game.

So what exactly gets changed in the physics to stop the doors from opening? Because I don't use anybody else's physics but my own, I'd rather do it myself.

I don't remember that, I always had the Saleen S7 in a dealership by itself on the east side of the island, and the 2 Koenigseggseggseggseggseggs in the dealership with the 3 Spykers in the center of the island not too far from the Lambo dealer.

Link in sig, choose the right IK and cameras and everything will be fine. And change the ride height with TDUMT 1.14

You probably saw a video of either a beta version of TDU, or someone's modded version of TDU, because even with the Megapack, the Efijy is the only car in that dealership. It's the only Holden car in the game. You can move cars around to different dealerships with TDUMT 1.14, but you can't add car slots that aren't originally there, you can only replace (bodyswap) existing cars.

It's great that it doesn't crash anymore, and there's no more spinning cameras in the dealership, but there's bugs in the doors for both cars. On the regular 599, the outer door panels don't open but the inner ones do, and on the Novitec Rosso, both parts open but there's nothing inbetween the panels.

The Merc SLR cockpit cam is as good as it gets, there's only 2 cameras in the whole game that are narrower than the SLR, and that's the Caterham, and the Audi A4 DTM, and neither one works for this car. That mod needs to be rebuilt and pushed forward in the 3D space before exporting so it can use the Ruf cameras like it's supposed to. The current version is WAY too far back so none of the cameras fit properly. EDIT: The same thing goes for the Fiat 500 Abarth, it's also sitting way too far back in the 3D space, makes no sense.

Any way to solve the spinning camera in the dealership?

This now begs the question, since you've apparently found the source of the crashing problem, will you fix that bug in the rest of the mods and re-release new versions of them?

Open up the market to the entire History of 2-Door GT Coupes, and you've got the Ferrari 250 GTO, the Ferrari 365 "Daytona" series, the Jaguar E-Type, the Cobra Daytona, and tons of others. It really is a saturated market for that kind of car. Given the choice if I had the money to buy one of the current crop, personally I'd take the Maserati Gran Turismo S with some custom rims, I hate the stock rims on that car, ugly beyond words those rims. The car itself has beautiful lines, aggressive and sexy, great horsepower for daily use, and Maserati offers choices on EVERYTHING. Check their website, use the "Car Configurator". You get 3 different leather type choices, tons of colors for each type, 3 different wood choices, carbon fiber, stainless steel, whatever you want. It really is buyer's choice when it comes to Maserati.

Just make the car move, look at the suspension height, then exit out of the game and adjust it with TDUMT or TDUPE, then test it again. This is actually a non-issue because it's very real for this to happen with certain suspensions systems in real cars, once the power goes to the wheels, the suspension system "pushes" the wheels into the ground in an attempt to counteract read-end squat.

And an FYI to anybody with files older than 2 weeks old on FileFront, you need to re-upload EVERYTHING because of changes that FileFront themselves made. So the dead links are actually FileFront's fault folks, stop crying to the modders about it constantly.

The plate position is controlled by a "dummy" position indicator, I don't think it moves around to different positions depending on the bodyswap.

Instead of constantly spamming day after day the link is dead, why don't you try PM'ing the guy, you just MIGHT get a response that way.....
