I refuse to watch their stuff as it reminded me of all the stupid auto related 'reality shows' we have here and how they spend a half hour to give you three minutes of 'information' which is after all is said and done only their opinion. The fact that Gangi has nothing but disdain for the very audience he is catering to and the people that actually (naively) support him merely seals that deal for me. I try to warn new simracers about these people as they see it and think they're "knowledgeable"and "experts" and don't realise they're just a couple clowns in Mommys basement with a webcam. At least the fat Dutchkid was entertaining!! If I want to know something about a product, I go somewhere where I will get a HONEST and REAL and INFORMED opinion, like here, or for sim racing places like NoGrip, VirtualR, Twip, the various 'Budes, Simracing UK, and others I'm sure I left out. At least I know they aren't going to go on about how great a product is beccause it's one of their sponsors and they got it free. ISR sounds a Hell of a lot like a NASCAR driver sometimes. haha.

You can't take much of what these clowns say too seriously anyways. They basically praise whatever is given to them free. Darin Gangi also recently said that sim racers were "nobodys" and has a history of thinking his little webcam show is real and he's some kind of celebrity. What they have to say about anything really is pretty much meaningless.

I just want it to work with my CSP pedals as it was pretty dissapointing to find they didn't work with TDU. And maybe some type of indicator for the signals in cockpit view so we don't all drive like 80 year old and see we need to turn them off. Hahahaaaa....

I also had this happen. If I hadn't played it in a while, it'd ask for the activation. Then yesterday got the message the activation was used too many times. I'd already almost given up on the game when I got my CSP pedals and found out they aren't supported but figured I'd try it with my controller instread. Then this crap!! I also can't do anything about it as I get the message when trying to get through to their site to enalble cookies, blah blah blah....... I tried a few things but no luck and recall I had a similiar problem when I ordered it originally. Myself, I have TDU2 pre-ordered through Steam (which I've had nothing but good luck with) and gave up on the whole thing. I just hope TDU2 supports my pedals........:lol:

Nope, all USB. Shifter, pedals and G-25 go to a USB hub than to PC. Works fine in other sims, GTL, GTR2, Dirt2, iRacing, etc.

I ask as I recently got Fanatec Clubsport pedals for my simrig but TDU won't recognise them. My rig is a G-25 wheel, with SST shifter and now the CSPs. I had no problem with the SST but now can't use my rig. Has anyone else had this happen? Can it be made to work or am I to have to use my XBOX controller?

Well, I emailed a couple spots there for both (Atari and the other) and seem to be getting pretty much ignored. Guess I'll have to eat the $20 and order it elsewhere next month. (Broke until than). I guess this doesn't speak highly for me getting the preordered copy of TDU2 I paid for when it comes out. Oh well.........

I tried Atari. I also tried Digital River but got an email back saying they don't do support. How far apart were those two emails? I only have one after all but still, all the info was there including the download info below message, just no link or anything else. maybe there'll be another tomorrow.(?) I don't remember when I got the carpack having a PITA like this.

I'll take another look but so far no luck. I saw on their forum a guy had the same problem with a megacarpack download and also can't get the support due to it coming back to the original page.

I ordered TDU also. I have the activation key. I just don't have a download link. It has the comfirmation also, it just ends at: "If you ordered a downloadable product please see download instructions below." and there's nothing else. I tried to do a support ticket but it just goes around and back to the support page. This WAS the second email, the full last paragraph was: "If you ordered a physical product, we will send you a separate shipment notification via email as soon as your order has shipped. If you ordered a downloadable product please see download instructions below."

That worked. Thanks!! Now I ordered TDU also and got the confirmation but the email ends with: "If you ordered a downloadable product please see download instructions below." Except that's where the email ends!!!!! Any idea where the download IS? I been looking at their site but nothing comes to mind.

this site. I can't seem to buy from it. I tried to preorder TDU2 and thinking maybe it wasn't set up yet tried the old TDU so I don't need to use my disc. No luck though. Here's what happens. I do the 'forms' and when I get to the section for my order info there are no 'boxes' for my address, name etc. Everything else if there except the 'boxes' I tried this on Mozilla. I also tried it with Google Chrome and Internet explorer and the only difference is the 'boxes' show up just for a 'blip' of a second as the page loads and than disappear. Anyone else order there? Did it work? Any ideas on what caused this? I have the megacarpack and assume I ordered it there but that was months ago so....what happened??:lol:

Thanks man. You might want to check the front page as it explains where the site is coming from......:eek::lol: It's still being rebuilt from a hack last year and not many members as I don't advertise it other than my sig. I don't want to be a spammer so don't. Anyways. Yeah, you're getting a good garage too. One thing I like about TDU is that it caters to so many different tastes. Hell, I love just bombing about in the wee Alfa hatchback default car.........I used to be a courier and it reminds me of how much fun it was!!
