Lol Thanks to the filters in the garage, find one of them is not a pain. On topic: I think you guys should be happy to have Porsches... even if they are all 911's Cup and even if they were in FM3. Why do i say that? Because now you guys have a door open to get a new Porsche anytime. It is fair to remember that they are adding a new brand in the whole game, and they have to do it fast, or you guys will also complain. If they have 10 different models, from FM3 or not and 5 different liveries of each... that is already a huge thing to do. Also, if you look close, they are all racing Porsches, but they are different from each other, plus, make a whole new 3D model takes a long long time... this is just the start, please be patient. I really can't understand 80% of this thread...

Hayabusa's photo sure is not GT5. Because if that is a Peugeot 908, it is from other year than GT5's 908. I can tell that because they have totally different tailights. And different colors... lol My photo was taken in FM4... i just removed the Forza mark from it... :hmmm: Ryzza did the same as me.

So, only wheel players can talk about a feature that you can also use in controller? So, only wheel players are able to talk, because driving games are not made for buttons! Your reason is pointless, i am sorry. Also, being involved in discussions about GT5 vs Forza doesn't automatically makes me saying around GT5 is the best and try to sell the game to others. This thread is a clear example of what the discussions are... i challenge you to read the posts and find a post where i said GT5 is the best ever. I actually never wanted to make a fuss... but i will explain you, i have always been a GT fan... and this discussion about GT vs Forza is older than i ever thought, so... some discussions appeared in the chatbox, and i got a ridiculous, if i may say, fame of being a Forza hater. I never hated the game, i just biased my opinions on videos that i saw. Everyone always told me to play the game then get my conclusions... so i did, and posted it here, because i really thought people would understand... some people actually did, and thank you for that, but some others still thinking i am wrong and not able to dislike the game, or not able to talk about it because i played it wrong... doesn't matter, really, i played, tested everything and made my opinion, you thinking i am able to or not. If any Forza person here who never played GT5, and eventually get to play, i would like to read their opinions... even, if they dislike it.

Why i am not in position to comment about? I played with it, so i can talk about anything that i have experienced. And i go around saying GT5 is the best? AHN? I mean... you have notion of what you just said? Tell me one time that i said GT5 is the best and tried pushed it into people? What i do is tell them facts about the game, but i don't say it is the best... i tell people to try the game, like many people told me to try Forza... you try and see what you think. Really Ozzmcom, you never really had a discussion with me about this subject, all you heard was other people saying or you are going by my "fame", which is also ridiculous. I don't know camel, it was in portuguese, and i had Automatico, Manual and Manual c/câmbio. I think Manual c/câmbio is supposed to be manual w/clutch. If yes, i played that way, and i pressed the blue button to change gear, B i think... i pressed it, the car went neutral, reved the engine for a while, then change the gear. When i set it to Manual only, it was like GT5, press the button, it changes without dull reving.

Look, i am not saying GT5 clutch is good, even because they don't even allow you to use it with a controller (Something Forza should do, to avoid a shame)... but since they did, i expected it to be like ProStreet clutch like. If you guys never played ProStreet with clutch, i recommend to check it out. ProStreet clutch is exactly the same as TDU1 PC with a joypad. Something that i enjoyed to use, i enjoyed to play... In Forza, i hit the the button, the car goes neutral for awhile, and then after it changes the gear... they should make one button is the clutch, other is the gear... simple, easy, logic. And i have read your opinion Ryzza, they just don't really apply to me, because i did not play with steering wheels. Sooo... :lol: @Carbon: Thank you for saying that and yes, do you see how it is? They label me as fangirl, but they forget to look themselves... if someone dislike GT5, great, i hear they opinions and done... i respect that, now that i played Forza, and have my opinions i still not being able to say what i felt without being a fangirl and being totally wrong and everything that i say is poo.... who is being a blind fan over here?

Well, i don't know... even being used to GT series, i still enjoy other games like NFS (some) and Midnight Club... Dirt 3... but seriously, Forza was a level beyond that... and my first experience does not makes me want to play it again. Exactly like i felt with NFS Undercover. I am not saying both games are the same, but both got such a bad first impression to me, bad enough to make me not ever try it again.

^ I will tell you exactly what you told me before. Play both games. GT4 is very different than GT5. I have played rFactor already, so, please... FINALLY someone who can talk about it without call me a fan girl! About feeling connected, i don't know Mb, but i can feel that in GT5, i felt that in Dirt 3 and i felt that even in NFS Shift. Somehow i didn't felt that in Forza. About losing control, well, it is the feeling... it is linked to the reason above ^ About the clutch, they just have done it wrong, if they made it like ProStreet clutch, would be a lot better, really. But you press a button, it uses clutch itself and then change the gear... Grass/tarmac braking, i put half of my car on grass and hit the brakes, as hard as i could, the car went straight, like not even a single move... and once, i missed the corner and went to the grass, i could easily brake and back to the road... like, easy as hell. Corvette shouldn't be a reason to feel hovering... Hope this explains better...

Look Santeri, i am sorry, but i played both games, and if you read my post above, in GT5 you can feel the car on ground, you can feel the difference between driving a heavy and a light car, it is logic, feels natural, YES, EVEN IN A CONTROLLER! That doesn't happen in Forza! I played both, i KNOW what i am talking about! Look, i don't need a video, i don't care about bugs, i played them both.

That is ridiculous to say... really. You guys always told me to play the game, and then when i do, i still being a fan girl, i played it wrong i did this, i did that!? I played Forza the same way i played GT5. I play both with controller... and the wheel will not change the physics, not in GT5 and not in Forza! So, please...

So, my thoughts: Sound is indeed better. 3D model cars are indeed better Customization is also better, you have more options of rims and such. Cons: I didn't feel connected with the car The way the car reacts is not logic, and to control a possible control losing is also not logic Clutch is hopeless in the controller Lighting maybe is nicer, but it feels more artificial, the weather, track and car... i am sorry, but a black Corvette looked sooooo toy-ish! You can brake on grass like it was tarmac (which is not true, i have done that in real life, and the reaction was nothing like in Forza) Feels that the car is hovering over the track. and biggest fail, a stock Corvette almost flipped on Nurburgring by attacking a simple corner... if it was tuned, ok, but it was bone stock! I mean... wtf. And nurburgring is weird looking there... less bumpy, more wider... it is just wrong. Play the game just made me hate it even more. It still can be more fun, and harder, because it is harder to play, since you get no feeling and the game is not logic. But no thanks, i prefer a bit more of reality.
