  1. Bump drafting makes no effect what so ever. Look at the car speed, not if he is overtaking or not. The car accelerates at same rate while "drafting" or not. I'd suggest you guys to try it in the Forza 7 League that Devin is organizing.
  2. Also, Forza 7 doesn't have draft. Noticed this in a Nascar video.
  3. :hello: Welcome to the forums! Hope you enjoy it here! And my life is being good, could be better though.
  4. That's also quite something... Most people won't notice aswell, because 90% of people who play Forza ends up painting their cars in gloss colors anyways. But it's quite sad, the paint in Forza 6 was something i really liked when i played. How metallic you could make a color to be. Another thing i've read about in Forza forums is the fact that drivatar vehicles are always in matte colors, so they don't have reflections.
  5. The stats are wrong how/where, and how many cars you've noticed they do not have tuning? LaFerrari, P1 and 918?
  6. To be fair, no-one said it looks bad. It just might look worse than previous Forzas. Because they had to remove those details.
  7. That is how the pit stop is in Forza 7. Like any other Forza, no pit crew at all. Which is not what they showed people in their "In-game footage" trailer. And not a "bad pic". The graphics got downgraded to handle the dynamic weather. Same thing happened in GT5 to GT6. Small details had to be ditched. I understand the reason why they did it though. Sad to see that they had to really cut things in Forza 7. Which leads to the thinking, why didn't they wait a bit for Xbox Scorpio? Won't it be way better than Xbox One? Edit: Also, apparently they made something that actually kills the porpouse of dynamic weather. You can't choose which tires you will use when you pit-in. So, if a race starts dry, and starts to rain, you don't really need to pit in to switch your tires. That sort of ruins all the fun of racing strategy. But i can be wrong about that. Someone who has the game could test it for us. :D
  8. Nürburgring. La Sarthe. I believe the major issue is not really the lack of pit crew in the game, the major issue is make people think it will be there, because they showed it very well in pre-release images and videos. Even some reviewers said that the game would have pit crew. The fact that it's nothing but a really big lie is what makes it a lot worse.
  9. And it was yours 20.520th. It's been said it's small because they wanted to focus on the FIA Championship cars that will be there for people to race online, and the rest will appear with time and DLCs. Which is reasonable.
  10. It's a sad feeling, isn't it? But to be fair, the game has potential, major flaw is the lack of content. Apparently. Which also, apparently, will be adressed with DLC.
  11. They don't care at all. Now, in this forum otherwise, since you guys see me as a massive fan, i believe that says something.
  12. They said there will be more content to be added via download... but i don't know if it will be paid or free. Either way, it's very, very meh. Enough to not make me buy the game for now.
  13. Within less than 2 weeks of it's release, GT Sport decided to release their car list, together with some new videos and images to follow. There is a lot of eyecandy stuff for the carnuts  to look for. But that's not all, they also released a video of Interlagos racing track, which has only been seen in random images and as background in some videos. You can access the full car list in the source link. ;) Sauce: gran-turismo.com Edit: On my personal point of view, car list is really... meh. #notsatisfied
  14. This 6 minutes long video explains how the car class system will work on GT Sport. Funny enough is the fact the video is marked as "Not listed" on the Gran Turismo channel. :susp: And i am not sure if this fits in the same thread, maybe someone from the staff can help me with this, but this other video, shows something... let's say, curious. Widebody, spoilerless cars. :susp:
  15. I'll have to wait and see. And i don't bring Forza into everything. I made one thread about it, and used it's demo here as a reference to show my point about double standards. I rest my case. The official website is a valid point, but i still believe it will quickly get updated, once the game is released. Edit: Specially because it doesn't make any sense at all, to release a demo, with pretty much all we've seen so far of the game with 4 days to go to the full release. Specially the campaing mode. Why would you need to buy the full game, if the demo will have the full campaing mode, scapes, livery editor and a lot of cars and online races? More tracks and cars only? Makes no sense at all.
  16. Did Forza 7 had campaing in it's demo? So why Gran Turismo must follow TDU steps to not be judged and yet Forza can do it and get away with that? Nobody ever mentioned that Forza wouldn't have campaing mode, despite it never really being said or shown anywhere else! That's where i speak about double standards. But ok, to be fair, let's recap the Gran Turismo demos throught the years. Gran Turismo 1 Demo - Didn't had any campaing mode. Gran Turismo 2 Demo - Didn't had any campaing mode. Gran Turismo 3 Demo - Didn't had any campaing mode. Gran Turismo 4 Prologue - Had a campaing mode similar to what will be present in GT Sport Demo Gran Turismo 5 Prologue - Had a campaing mode similar to what will be present in GT Sport Demo Gran Turismo 6 Demo - GT Academy 2013 - No campaing mode what so ever. So, really, all of sudden, Gran Turismo must change their way of doing demos because TDU did it that way? Because the media says it won't have? Because you guys want it to do it? Yet, it's fair to remember this was Forza 7 demo, didn't had any campaing mode what so ever aswell, yet, nobody rushed to say that it was removed from the game. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a9FkFITv3w0 I wonder why, because all the reasons you guys use to justify that for GT Sport, could be easily used to put Forza 7 in the same situation. It is not, but as i said before, that's something Gran Turismo has never really done, why do it now? Edit: Can i be sure that GT Sport will feature campaing mode? No... i don't know, like any of us don't know either. But i won't assume, because the media said so. The media says many wrong things and we know it.
  17. It won't be all, but it will be pretty much what the press release could play and judged as full campaing mode. I can even bet on that.
  18. They will see in the release. Because honestly, the driving tests, challanges and all will be available in this 4 days demo, it seems. Would be extremelly dumb to allow all the offline campaing in a freaking demo.
  19. I also hope i am right. But the dynamic weather is already a no, Kazunori himself said it won't be in the game, so, anyone expecting that will be frustrated. Weather is fixed, pre-selected before the race. And again, i don't think the lack of news about it means it's not existant. Gran Turismo never showed much of the game in the previous releases, Forza also never did, and with this huge fuss about people assuming things before the release, i wouldn't show either, so the surprise effect is bigger. If i was a developer, i wouldn't show it all to the media either. Specially now, with 2 weeks to go untill release.
  20. It is because it's badly made and overdone. The proportions are all wrong in it. Cars do get windshield reflection? Some yes, do you see your own hand in the reflection while driving? Obviously not. In any car you won't see such effect. But, it's like Forza screwed up the aspect ratio and deformed the reflex. Resized the height of the image but not the width, which makes it look really awful, like if every car has a very short dashboard size, where you drive really near of the windshield.
  21. That shows how much information you have about it. Dynamic day/night cycle is not confirmed anywhere, and sure you've read that, because that's what people got to experience in the Press Demo, which will be available for players in these 4 days. Again, DEMO... And yet the media already said that it's 100% sure the campaing will be what they have seen. Which all honesty, nobody is 100% sure. I'd like to know from where did you get information as a fact. Because as far as i know, it's been said that GT Sport will deliver a "full Gran Turismo" experience. And it's funny, because what has Forza shown of the offline campaing before it's release? Absolutelly nothing much other than 3 pre-selected track/car races. Talk about double-standards...
  22. That is the part i think the article is a bit biased. It's been said that GT Sport will have offline campaing like previous GT games. Iirc.
  23. I still need a PS4 to only then consider buy it. But it's better a small demo than none at all, i suppose. :susp:
