i do recall having a similar problem like this last summer after buying my computer new and it came with a GTS 250 512mb, i never came across a solution and reformatted shortly after due to an unrelated thing. i now have a GTX 260 896mb and after recently installing TDU for this first time since last summer, i dont seem to run into any problems like this.

here is mine, images are on shuffle every 15 mins, still looking for more large images that i like to add to the desktop shuffle

i prefer to do my drawing in MSpaint, im not too good with pencil or pen or markers. my specialty is trucks some images i will find on the internets(CAD images) and i will take them into mspaint to clean them up, add new lines or features, and make them to suit my needs this one is completely my design, only things i added where the logo on the door and the flames on the cab
