    why does my interior's rev limiter is good, but with external view's gauges it is at 7400 rpm? it also affect the sound!

    hi everybody! This mod seems to be awesome, but it doesn't work for me... I replaced DB file, but nothing to do, paintshop deluxe is always locked... Does anybody might help me? I have the megapack, patch 1.66a...
