Yeah i tried that and didn't work. Securom's analasys reported that it was a securom issue with the download. they sent me a new .exe file to use, which made the activation stop finally, but was outdated and couldn't reupdate in hopes the it will work. it keeps saying theres a new update available and if i want to download it. which took me to nowhere lol. but I decided to reinstall the game again just for kicks, and it worked randomly, without the new exe, just the original, so idk what worked, but it works so far...hopefully it won't ask me again. :D anyway Im online as Salajutsu, hope to see yallz there!! Edit: Well Im not sure if anything deletes it when i turn of my pc. Could be a firmware problem...dunno...but now that I got past that part, I'm getting the infamous "Failed to connect to TDU server. Please check network connection and try again." servers down? Honestly I have never had so many problems with a legal game, never ever..I wish I didn't buy it....i love the game, but at the cost of 20+ of maintainance, versus the maybe HOUR i've managed to play... not to mention, the site that I bought it from Metaboli.co.uk is now telling me they only deal with US game problems O.o am I missing something here? co.uk is not a uk website?! They also changed my account name from my nickname to my real name on my billing address, and changed my email tied to the account. I wish so much I could just refund... EDIT: so i guess tdu servers are down till the 17th for maintainance. ok np.

So, I recently bought tdu cuz i couldnt wait till tdu2 anymore and wanted to get online, so i bought a digital download. Installed and played fine, cd key worked, online worked, though cruddy server, but still fun! However, everytime I start it up, it asks for my activation key again. And since digital download limits to five uses with the key, i used em up. I went through the troubles of request more activations, after being told by atari to download the Securerom diagnostic tool. This tool doesn't work at all. Cannot connect to Securerom server or whatever. Disabled firewall, on a recently formatted win 7 x64. As i said, the game WORKS but since I got 3 more activations from my request, and 1 is used up already, and asking me for it again, idk what I can do. Atari hasn't responded anymore (go figure) and I'm left with 2 more uses. I've tried disabling my virtual drives, and uninstalling some games. I've also deleted the cdkey.txt file and reentered. I've put tdu in steam as non-steam game so i can use the chat. I've tried undoing that, and still the same result. I just bought it, and I already can't play it :( Can anyone help? t'would be much appreciated!

Hey there people, I am a psytrance music writer and I've been loving all the mods here :D Today I started up my FL studio to make something and randomly started making this sound like a modified F430 Scuderia kinda or a challenge. Not really sure, but it sound suprisingly realistic to me and pretty awesome imo. heres the link to this sound. I really wanted to post it cuz i never thought i would try it in a music program lol. WOWZA!!!! that autumn looks cool! I gotta couple questions: Is the fog permanent in your autumn add on? and also, do you think adding some more red-colored trees would bring out the autumn feel some more? also, the roads, i saw a few saying they were too dark, however i have been to hawai'i before and the roads are usually pretty dark as it is. can't wait for 0.9.3!! love zhe pics :thumbsup:

Most def. a good sound :D And yes, please add other versions ;) the one thing i could say to improve is to give it more beefy sound. The real vid sound has more of a clean cut sound. off mid and high are a little whineyish, but not bad. Letting off gas at high rpm in the real vid reminds me of urbans 430 challenge sound alot. hope this helps! Keep going! I LOOOOOVE your work! Edit: ok WOW this sound is pretty nice! just tried it in game, has more push than the video most def. I think my only suggestion is the crackle sound with it is a little too much for the cleanness of this car :) Off mid and high sound pretty amazing though in game :)

hey just to let ppl know, there IS an amazing night n day mod at tdu asia . com there a full cycle of night n day and there are 4 different styles of day n night. theres fog, light and heavy, day and night, sunny/clear, storm, and mid overcast. I've been using this one and so far i think its the most convincing!! requires WITHOUT HDR. You can edit the WeatherDesc file, switch the time scale and what days come first. default starts with heavy fog, so i changed it.but night time for it looks GREAT!!

I have this car now, and everything works fine. great mod! suprisingly it works very well with a mercedes diesel sound, lol it actually sounds convincing with it.

not bad, but i agree that the high is too whineyish. add a lil more baby punching to it lol

I absolutley LOOOOVE this sound! But honestly, this sounds ALOT like my friend's BMW M3 E92, right at the transitions between mid and high.

not bad. the model looks good. lights and damage work fine. is there any way to make them actually faster? or at least a tiiiiiny bit smarter?
