A EIGHT POINT THREE LITRE ENGINE!!!!! yes the SRT10 have 8.3L engine and only 510bhp.... give that too the japs and they will build a hydroelectric dam around it :/ for perspective on how crappy that is, people get 1000bhp out of 3.0l skylines and so on a double decker bus is 10l sry i just hate SRT10 performance had to give u guys that rant lol

a broad google search ("overclock" or so ) will tell u all u need but, if u dont know about OCing already i wouldnt recommend it. well it depends the pros are, overclocking makes whatever u overclock faster (graphics card, cpu or ram) the con is, if u dont do it right u can end up with an unstable system (crashing etc) or if u get it really wrong ur parts can like explode. well overheat and break any way oh also even if u do get it right (its finding a balance of heat/performance with no instability) its sure to bring the lifespan of ur cpu down if u have the money/were intending to upgrade ur CPU any way i say do it! the best that can happen is u get a much faster CPU the worst is it breaks otherwise dont mess i say! ive messed a lot but never OCd (dont hav money to pay for any mistakes)

i use PS2 controller and i find it perfectly realistic w great smooth curving abilitys with the analog sticks i recommend a switch xbo controllers are retarded. i have one but only for GTA IV cuz thy hard coded it to only take those :|

for ref purposes since its bcome that kinda thread i play at 1920x1080 @ 2xAA, high env, all other very high and get more than playable FPS everywhere. if i put env to very high i get a stutter every so often tho i have HD 4870, Q8200 2.33ghz and 4gb RAM on Win 7 :)

mmmm i dont know about that. those things would be great but im almost lagging a bit already and many other have performance issue to, i read. i think DOF will (essentialy) improve distance gfx and barely add any strain to ur pc where as better distant texs or much further loading of good LOD files will bring us right down in FPS

ahhhh thanks dude i did figure it out before i saw this but only by random luck tbh, the game is v unclear about this for anyone else who cant find how to roof control, in control options its ACCESSORIES (left) to make a radial dial thing appear and then ACCESSORIES (up) to toggle roof! and, u can take the roof off the ferrari Dino fyi :D if any one else knows a car that secretly has roof control please post. i only know the Dino and ofc the ones that are default drop top hopefully theres more cuz convertibles are FTW :)

sry make many threads, been collecting ideas a while now so those u who also have HD probably notice the fairly crappy distance textures i think a good, fairly heavy depth of field mod will make that a lot less noticeable relatedly any one who knows how might wana try ENB series with this game. is it DX10 or 9? ENB is for 9 i think
