If define the vehicle name and ID on the TDU2DBCarList.xml, there is a possibility that you will be able to edit using tdu2vpe.exe.

Yeah,,unfortunately, this tool can not edit the data of those vehicles. This is due to the vehicle search algorithm of this tool and the improvement is difficult.:(

I am also looking for that way. But, data on tire size unfortunately is undiscovered. This is still a beta version that's why.

Including me, a lot of people are enjoying subjected to a similar change. But, I have not yet heard information that people got banned. I will recommend to use TDU2VPE.EXE in combination with unofficial patch 0.4.

This tool can only change the items displayed in this tool. Some of the items (ex; 0-100 time etc.) are used only for display in the game, not anything obtained effect actually when you change. Anyway, I think that it is better to try to edit some items and experience the result in yourself.;)

These vehicles can not be recognized as distinguished on the DB. Maybe yes. Edit the "wheelbase","overhang front / rear" and "width / length" on the "Dimension" page. After that, the value of the "Ride height" on "Aerodynamic" page also might need to be changed.
