  1. It's LB.rar!

Yap, there was some kind of mistake as it seems, nevermind. I got it now, this one is 4.5MB while the other one was 64,7MB! Thanks for sending it by PM and by email again. :)

P.S. Out of curiosity, do you know how to convert cars for TDU2? Just asking because it would be nice to see your mods there, converted by yourself so there would be no risks, if you know what I mean. (I'm just commenting, not a request, don't worry). There's a guy that converts mods for NFSMW that adds "Unique anti-theft measures:a special chrome 3D model in interior and a special dds in Textures.bin" to his meshes.

  2. That's the wrong file then.

I thought so too and I saw you sent another email, but I downloaded the attached file in the latest email you sent with the "correct" one and as it turns out it's the same one as the previous one that was in the first email. (Desktop.rar with 3 files inside with the extension CR2: IMG_6881; IMG_6883 ; IMG_6886). The download link you provided is the same one of the first email BTW. You might want to check out what is going on and when you figure it out send me another email please, thank you.

  3. Emails sent guys. Enjoy.

Btw, about the GT3 RS - my internship ends at the 25th, so I got time for modding then :) At the moment I don't have time for anything than editing some pictures after work, but after the 25th I will have a month more or less free, so I will continue the Porsche, if not even finish it.

I'm a noob in TDU. I got your email and I have 3 CR2 files but I have no idea how to install them or what to make with them LOL

  4. I was black flagged because

some of the modders treated the forum goeers like complete lalalala.

The tables turned when I made friends with the best modder around who agreed to make VIP models for me as he disliked how some other modders acted.

It's funny, one day some modders telling to be banned. The next day virtually they wanted these models.

Suffice to say as soon as they would have got the downloads they would have called for my ban.

    I'll never release the models...

Is it my fault? Hell no, it's how some modders treated me.

I was a modder for other games and I never treated forum goers like these guys do.

What's funny is the forum goers who treated me badly aren't even good at modding compared to the person who made my mods.

I care little about how others think of me, I made the right friends (as you can see by my posts).

Do I think I have a bad rep around here? Certainly so. Do I think I deserve it? No.

    Example:

The Aventador was made by someone else who we all know. Then modder B was saying I stole his work. The arrogance and ignorance was too extreme. He could never match the skill level of the person who made the Aventador for me. That wasn't the case, it's that he jumped at me and said I stole his mods. It's a laughable case now. I was sent a very abusive message by modders. I won't put them here as a moderator will just remove them.

I'm a certainly peaceful guy and would have liked to drive around with the same modded cars as others but that wasn't the case.

There's a strict friendship agreement between me and the modder that we won't release the mods.

Lot's of people have VIP mods but they aren't the quality of mine. They just don't share them around or have "good" rep and post a picture and get away with it.

If that's what happened indeed, then I'm sorry you had that experience. It's true that most forums treat new people like c##p, even though some times it gets annoying to see all these kids asking around for this and that, but hey, everyone starts as a "nobody" and all people deserve respect. I'm not worried about you releasing or not these mods, I think that one more converter for TDU2 is never enough, since in this forum at least there are only like 2 active, as far as I know, that was my point. It's a shame that this game doesn't have more support by the modding community due to its flaws while TDU has tons of mods. Anyway, this isn't gonna improve your relationship with those people, even if you don't care. The "problem" is that people who don't have anything to do with that also suffer the consequences, but I understand.

BTW I thought these mods (12C Spider & Aventador Roadster) had been converted by yourself. Anyway, give my congrats to that modder that made the mods for you, they look good no doubt about that.

  5. It's been established that I cannot post them in "show off your mods thread"

Right, that makes sense since as far as I know the "show off your mods thread" is for people who actually want/intend to share their works with the community, in one way or the other (either by releasing them publicly or by PM). Look man, I don't know you, you don't know me. I'm nobody around here but I think I read or heard something about you and this situation of yours (being black flagged). I don't know what happened between you, the moderators or whoever black flagged you. What I do know though is that if you were in fact black flagged due to the reason I stated in my previous post it looks like this is your way to "payback" or get revenge towards those people. When people carry hard feelings within themselves it does more damage to them then to their "targets", believe me. I'm kind of new around here (as you may notice by my post count) but so far the people I met here are some of the most helpful, kind and mature that I ever met in these types of forums. You have the right to keep your mods private, but if you don't want to release them it would be better to just keep them to yourself. Personally I would "down rep" you if your motives for having this thread are indeed the ones I said above and I think that's disrespectful to the community, but I won't. Right know there's only 1 or 2 people converting for TDU2, you could help StarGT and Miktop81 with the Autopack or you could be a "blessing" for the TDU2 community, just think about it. There are converters all around who have the skills to convert cars to TDU2 but the problem is lack of interest. Having said this, it's a shame to have one less converter in TDU2 just because of the mess you and other users got themselves into, whatever it was. Can't you and the other users/moderators just "man up", forget about all of this and reach some sort of agreement? That would require a change of attitudes from both sides.

  6. Try to change the brand name to "blank".

Tried it, doesn't work, after I done that it wouldn't even let me open the dealership section on VPE. And after all the 370Z Nismo I added had the body of the normal 370z instead. The HUD however was really from the Nismo. I ended up putting everything back to normal, guess I'll have to install the UP to have the finished car. Anyway, thanks for all your help. :)

@Dextcloud: in the video you should show or write in the description the changes you made to fix the Beetle and then post the link here. ;)

  7. <Num>115</Num>

    <ID>1039</ID>

    <Model>Nissan 370Z Nismo</Model>

    <Brand>Nissan</Brand>

    <brandCode>1d</brandCode>

    <vClass>A6</vClass>

<cam_id>1039</cam_id> <--- Try this. I'm sorry I made wrong in previous post.

    <car_id>1039</car_id>

    <id_3rd>1039</id_3rd>

:) Thanks a lot, it works now! I opened it with VPE and was able to add it to the Asian Cars dealer by putting a checkmark under

"Is valid PC". I bought it and all is fine except the slot 2 and 3 of the rims being invisible (blue). I also tried to add the Hot Rod to the World Classic dealer, VPE reads the data fine and I do everything but it doesn't show up in game.

  8. It is necessary that the data to have same combination of the camera-id, car-id and IK. The data might be read and edit If you change the car-id of nismo on carlist.xml to id=1039.

So you're saying those 3 parameters need to have the same value?? Because the cam_id value can't be the same as the ID of the car. And as I said on my previous post nothing needs to be changed because the ID of the Nismo in the carlist.xml is already 1039... So it should be able to read it but doesn't work.

This is what is written in the carlist.xml (I haven't changed anything):

    <Num>115</Num>

    <ID>1039</ID>

    <Model>Nissan 370Z Nismo</Model>

    <Brand>Nissan</Brand>

    <brandCode>1d</brandCode>

    <vClass>A6</vClass>

    <cam_id>404</cam_id>

    <car_id>1039</car_id>

    <id_3rd>1039</id_3rd>

As you can see everything is correct and the cam_id parameter is right (the same as the other two 370Z). Thank you for your patience.

  9. TDU2VPE reads the data with the ID of the vehicle from the database based on the definition that has been described in the xml file. Because the TDU2DBCarList.xml comes with tdu2vpe have been created based on the UP4, if there is no data with the same ID as UP4 will show a "not found" error.

So, if I understood what you said correctly then I find it strange why TDU2VPE can't read the 370Z Nismo data although I don't have the UP 0.4 installed. I opened the TDU2DBCarList.xml and found that, even though I don't have the UP installed, the ID of the 370Z Nismo is the same (1039) so in theory it should read the data from the car even when you don't have UP installed, since the ID is the same, right?

  10. Just saw today on the news that the BBC (can't remember if it was BBC or BBC2) fired 1000 workers. If they're really in such a poor financial condition.... they could just hire Chris Harris, Sabine Schmitz and Ben Collins. That way, they wouldn't even need a Stig XD Schmitz has already shown she can be funny besides her other skills, Harris has his controversial opinions but has his unique style when reviewing cars and can joke around as well and Collins despite more serious is a stunt driver besides everything else. The problem will always be chemistry. Sabine or Collins could be the Stig, but they could put Harris on the car reviews hosting along with Sabine. I know this is unrealistic but really, anything is a better idea than what they're trying to come up with. Many people have been calling out some famous Youtubers but they just don't have the needed experience or knowledge.

  11. Please check the following items.

    - Do tdudec.exe is installed?

    - Do you set the correct folder of tdudec at the Settings tab?

    - Please try run as an administrator.

@binbow: I have a question. I know that the UP 0.4 unlocks the Nissan 370Z Nismo. I'm running an unpacked version of TDU2 without the UP installed but I have all the files of the 370Z Nismo in the game folders, however, if I try to load the data of that car with VPE it says "data not found". In the other hand I was able to add the Spyker C8 Aileron to a dealership and buy it, although normally that car wouldn't show up in the game. I thought the reason was because the files of the C8 Aileron were in the game folders.

So my question is: if the files of both cars (370Z Nismo and Spyker C8 Aileron) are in the game folders why could I add one but wasn't able to do the same thing with the other?

I was hoping that I could install the UP, get the files of the 370Z Nismo (and other cars of the UP like the Gallardo, Aventador etc.), uninstall the UP and then use it in a clean unpacked version of the game, but I guess they had to make other changes in the UP in order to unlock it because as it seems having the files in the game folders is not enough. Do I have to change something in the database in order to be able to unlock the 370Z Nismo without having to install the UP?

  12. Hi guys, I already made this thread and posted it in the TDU2 modtools section but I think this section is more appropriate, so I would ask a moderator to delete that thread please (sorry about that)

Anyway, I saw a video on YT showing some hidden clothes and items for female avatars like Tessa's bikini and clothes, upper and lower parts of bathing suits of different colors, the dresses and clothes from the side mission hitchhiker girls, the shirt and mini skirt from the girls of the car wash, the plastic surgery doctor clothes and many other items like the dresses of the dealership receptionists, the hat and clothes of the girl that gives you the offroad license, various unmarked sunglasses of different colors and shoes. They even had the bandages that you get after doing a plastic surgery as a hat. I know the UP 0.4 has a shop with the police clothes and others but does it also unlock all these other items as well as the casino clothes? I read in another site that the UP unlocked all the clothes in the game, that's why I'am asking. The video was from a PS3 version:

  13. Hmm.. sorry, I have no idea for now.

    --- Post Updated ---

    @TDU3FTW

To improve this situation, it is necessary to significantly change the structure of the program, it seems hard.

I want to report another bug, although I don't know if this is a problem of the game, VPE or both. Maybe this can be fixed in a future update. After several attempts of trial and error I found out that in order to replace the first rim slot of the Audi R8 V10 Coupé you have to replace the first rim slot of the R8 V10 Spyder instead. You can't replace the first rim slot of the R8 V10 Coupé, you have to leave the original file there. This happens because, apparently, the first rim slot of the R8 V10 Coupé and the first rim slot of the R8 V10 Spyder are shared, i.e. it's the same rim and it functions as it's the same slot. And after doing this successfully you can't change the description of the rim with the VPE, whether you try to change it within the V10 Coupé data or the V10 Spyder. It's not saved.

  14. If command window open, tdudec seems to be normal. So, folder name of the tdudec have been set correctly in the Settings tab? And is there a file "db_data.dec" in the installation folder of tdu2vpe?

And one more, where can you find unpacked TDU2 folder? Under the c:\program files? If so, please to move unpacked TDU2 folder to the out of C:\Program files.

Now that you are back can you please go to the previous page of this thread and read my last post where I talked about VPE being unable to save the description of more than one rim slot? What am I doing wrong?

  15. only wishes, only requests, at least somebody donate our hard work....

i think in Bulgaria (mitkop81) and Ukraine (StarGT) significantly lower income and we would not refuse from donations ))

p.s. i know all free, all patches free, all mods free, tdu2 community free but .....

I apreciatte all your efforts and I'm sure all the TDU2 community does as well, but no one is forcing you guys to do something that you can't. You do it because you like it and it's your "thing". The problem is nothing comes for free, the time and the expenses you guys have should be supported. Real life is more important than games, if you can't keep it up or find a solution then just stop. From personal experience I know very well how it feels to work "for nothing", it sucks big time and I know how frustrating it is when you like to do something but you can't keep it going because there's no profit from it. "...the labourer is worthy of his hire". Having said that, everyone has problems and your countries are not the only ones with financial problems, believe me. I don't know what's the minimium wage in Ukraine or Bulgaria but in my country, which is one of the most affected by the global financial crisis in Europe, things are not that easy as well. As I suggested to you by PM, why don't you open a Patreon page? That's the best way for people like you to get funds for their projects through donations given by the followers.

  16. @binbow: So now I have another problem. The tool seems unable to save the description of more than one rim slot per car. I successfully replaced the 2 rim slots of the F430 Scuderia and of the SLS AMG as well. I open the tool, load the data of one car, go to the rims section and select the file of a rim and add a short description and click apply. Next I do the same with the other rim file. But when I go to the Dealership only the description that was added in last place is saved. The optional rim appears with the original description, even after changing it in the VPE and clicking the apply button.

  17. @evil genius: Nevermind, I found out what I needed. As it turns out each car has a limited number of slots for the rims and you can't add more. E.g. The F430 Scuderia (the default model from the game) has only 2 slots, other cars have more. So the only thing one can do is replace the files and then change the name of each one of them with the VPE. So the answer to my question is no, it's not possible to add more rim slots for any car, you can only replace the default rims of each car. Thanks for your feedback.

  18. Please try running the tdu2vpe as administrator.

Could you help me out with the question I posted before?

evil genius suggested to me: "yes that is possible, but maybe you have to change the rim files name within TDU2VPE.

or maybe you just have to edit the name of the rims you want to add.Lets take for example the Subaru Impreza. In the games rim directory, add the file impreza_wrx_sti_2007_f_02 , without deleting the original file, impreza_wrx_sti_2007_f_01"

    > So, I went to the f430 scuderia rims folder and I pasted a new rim there and renamed it to f430_scuderia_f_03, but when I went to the Ferrari Dealership and tried to buy an F430 Scuderia to see what rims were available only the two default/original rims appeared... So my question to you is still the same: Is it possible to add new rims to a car instead of replacing them? And if it is possible I would apreciatte if you told me how to do it, step by step.

P.S. I tried the TDU2VPE for the first time and I configured all the folders but when it restarted the program an error came up saying something like "can't read tdudec", but it's working anyway, apparently. I have TDUDEC files in a folder, TDUVPE in another folder.

Thanks for replying but unfortunately it didnt work :( I can get into it okay and it works and saves fine but when i go into the game nothing has saved. IE: ive changed the Audi RS6 Avant name to RS4 Avant in VPE but when i go into the game it stays as RS6. And when i quit the game and go back into VPE it says it is RS4. I use unofficial patch 0.4 and Autopack Dreampack 1.2.1 By Star gt and mitkop etc. if thats any help?

If I remember correctly, in order to use the Dreampack 1.2.1 you have to install the Autopack first (the first version). Also, TDUVPE has some problems with the Dreampack, I don't know if that's the cause of your problem though. Uninstall the Dreampack and next uninstall the UP 0.4 and see if it the VPE works. If it works then reinstall the UP 0.4 and see if it still works. As for the Dreampack, only binbow or miktop81 can help you.
