lol at the hair i passed french! its amazing! i was expected an E but with a hell of a lot of hard work 2 days before the main exams, i scraped a C! i'm well happy. If i had failed i would have to retake it next year so i'm over the moon! passed re too but noone gives a _ about that :P

i hate smoking and i used to have extreme asthma and therefore there were alot of places in which i could not go. I used to have to stick to pizza huts and other fast food restaurants because pubs - even family ones - were pretty off limits. Now adays, my asthma has lessened and cig smoke doesnt affect me as much in low quantities. This is a different view point from other points made above. Because people needed to smoke, i was therefore not able to enter the premises without becoming ill and you can imagine how annoying that was for me and my family Personally i love the ban and i think it is one of the best things that has ever been introduced in this country. And picking up on Baxies point, Yes it could be left to the restaurant/pubs choice to allow smoking or not but if more people will come if smoking is allowed, how many pubs are going to ban it? Its a fact that a smoking pub takes more cash than a non-smoking one. Therefore it is rare to find a non-smoking one that is enjoyable to be in just my views. I hate going abroad now and finding that everyone smokes in the pub, seems wierd...

currently i'm very into my indie and am 'branded' and 'indie kid' at school. I'm also into the softer rock, rock, dance, some hip-hop and the ocassional nu rave. favourite band of the moment - the enemy. Lyricly the band is amazing and they are reviewed as amazing live therefore i am going to see them in brixton later in the year (along with the wombats and lethal bizzle!) other bands i like at the moment include: dan le sac vs scroobious pip (absolutely incredable lyrics and style), the rakes, the cribs, kanye west (stronger, sorry lewis), arctic monkeys, klaxons, bloc party, editors...

just to pick up on this point as nobody else really has, how exactly did Hamilton cheat? it was Alonso who purposely parked up in the pit lane for an extra couple of seconds whilst Hamilton was stuck sitting behind him and it was Alonso who posted the top time after this incident and Hamilton not managing to circle the track. there are many points that should be considered here. For example with the latest expansion of pub opening hours, young people (especially) are now allowed to drink until the early hours of the morning. If they are not allowed to catch a lift with a (usually) sober mate, how are they supposed to get home? Bus? possibly, taxi? doubt it. Some people may decide to drive whilst drunk or under the influence and what does this do? push up the accident and death rate. the government have spent years encouraging youth to catch lifts back with a sober mate, has this now been gone back on? another point is that young ladies between the age of 18 to 21 will now be left driving around at night alone. Clever idea? Does it make them any safer? i think not. clever our goverment is.

i like the kings of leon but i can agree that their songs get repetitive their lyrics are not the best tho, listen to dan le sac vs scroobious pip they have some unbelieveable lyrics in songs such as a message from god and angles...

i have vista that i use for my music, photos and office. i now have 3 computers running vista in my house and i havent had any problems yet. 2 have 2gbs of RAM and the other has just 1gb and it sped that machine up as well.
