Crackdown has me playing the most. But the Forza 2 demo is getting some time shared now too. I also play a fair bit on my Old stuff like- Super Marioworld Def Jam Fight For New York Forza Motorsports and a whole lot of emulators. ;)

For me the graphics are spot on, and this game will be at it's ultimate online and that is a fact. Forza2 will be absolutely at it's peak when online tournaments and challenges kick off, that's without the callouts and friends challenges. Forza2 will become the standard for 360 racers on Live......that you can bet your last quid on. :excited:

I'm flicking one off....no I mean...flicking through webpages searching for any definate answer to the date and time of release with regards to the ultimate demo ever !!! I'm wetting myself, scared to go pee-pee incase I miss a smidgen of information. Should get a fastest lap/race compo going with photo proofs.........whoooo!!! :)

I'm a little disappointed with the LIVE blade, what's it's purpose? There already was a tab to go direct to marketplace....that's without the other paths to get there (arcade, movie, multi-media..etc). Messenger will be OK after we get used to it though ;) Now all we need is tools to make our own blade and background designs :)

I spent in excess of 200hours on Forza......shame all my other Xbox games (150ish of them) lay collecting dust. It's a better (in my opinion) racer than Gran Turismo, it has a lot of depth yet is very easy to access at all levels. You won't regret picking it up.;)

Well not quite, Nodz asks what Forza was like since he now knows of Forza 2 through hype. ;)

Great game unless........you plan on playing over LIVE....then it's glitchy as FCUK on 360, all to with the emulation process I believe. But otherwise you will not be disappointed at all I can guarantee you that ;) Better than any GT so far (IMO, I'm no fanboy either, I just love racing games), then you have decal modes which are so great, fully custom designing a car for yourself is a brilliant past-time...lol. Trust what the guys here have said....for the sake of less than a tenner you can pick up Forza and see what all the fuss is/was ;)

I haven't reserved it yet, was going to do it on my birthday (15th April) but couldn't be bothered really......will just wait till launch day now and see if I can grab a copy there and then ;) Rumours are abound that the demo will hit this Friday coming (May 4th) but details are non-confirmed at the site at which I looked (forzacentral), speculation says that is also the day the game goes 'gold'.....so looking like 2-3 weeks after that.....so the 25th May looks almost a cert, well as long as the rumours are correct which so far have been. Here hoping anyway ;)

I used to have EVO-X but figured it was too much hassle keep starting XBMC up for movie playbacks, so after much decision making I switched to XBMC with the MC360 skin, even made myself a couple of themes for that skin ;) Mario3, Nightmare Before Christmas, TMNT and Toejam and Earl...lol. But I have all the usual programs on there....DVD2XBox...Enigmah Switchdisc....Avalaunch and a few others. I have two other modded XBox which my kids play, one chipped with 120gb HDD running XBMC/MC360 and the second using a softmod standard HDD and booting to XBMC/MC360. All three Xbox use the same apps, only mine is TSOP flashed and has a bootable Debug BIOS which means I can capture perfect screens and video playback (minus sound). I don't think we should talk too much in details here though as I don't think that these forums would allow such conversations. ;) @ TRUSTPT....that signature really is the best I have ever seen...very top quality there me ole' mucka ;)

Although I'm no fan of Focus in general the ST's are so flipping sweet, got to have a soft spot for the RS's etc that FORD seem to have totally forgotten about, seems the ST is the closest we get to RS or Cosworth now.....but hey at least it's only names dropped and not power and elegance. Like Diablo said earlier in this thread the colour is so great when you compare it to 'superchav orange'. ;)

Suppose I'd better slap some pics here an' all. ;) Here's my Xbox setup, 28" standard TV, Modded 120GB Xbox running Xbox Media Center, Advanced Scart being used so that I can use the 5.1 through the added Toslink connector. For playing Xvid, DIVx, AVI, MP4 and many other formats there really is no other software (other than PC) that will play so much media. -- OLD IMAGE REMOVED (imageshack) -- And this is my 360 setup, Goodmans 37" LCD HD ready TV which as a native 720p display...but can upscale to 1080p (although what the difference is can't be seen by me), sound is handled by the massive 15RMS watts that the TV outputs in Glorious stereo...lol, look around the lower half of the wall and you will see my ethernet cable that allows my 360 to connect to live via my PC and also stream via WMP11. Yeah just bog standard stuff really for the 360.....need to get another 5.1 system to hook up for better sound, especially when FM2 hits the shops ;) -- OLD IMAGE REMOVED (imageshack) --

The lead is a 2x RCA Phono to RCA Phono. It can b e found in any electrical retailer (comet, currys, dixons heck even Argos). By putting the RCA phono leads from TV to your 5.1 system you will only ever have a stereo output even in pseudo 5.1 mode. If you have a Digital Input on the 5.1 (which I reckon you will have) then ideally you should get the Toslink cable (fibre optic cable) which is just a couple of quid if you look around carefully enough (usually markets are great for these bleeders). You will need to have the AV cable from premium 360 for the relevant connector. True 5.1 is great, stereo isn't that good to be honest. ;)

This isn't official though, is it? I mean Che said that the game is gearing towards completion at the same rate as the demo on marketplace, he then stated that would be end of April, he further added that the production of the discs etc would begin at once and that would be the only delay from completion. I'd still say the second -third week of May like previously stated would be a better bet ;)

Blank screen?.......Is your TV a High Definition ready model?......if so then you should not get a blank screen at all. Otherwise I don't know what to sya other than......hahahahaha (sorry!!)

NO NO.....it's just five out of the six, Red, Green, Blue for picture and red and white for left and right sound. The yellow is for standard AV or Scart connector. ;) Ensure the switch is set to HDTV and that you TV is set to component in. Set the dashboard video settings to the amount that your TV can handle(use the last set of numbers in the resolution on your tv documentation), for me my TV is 1366 x 766 (or something like that, so 720p is my best setting.

Bring it ON!!!!! Just what I'm waiting for, would've held me breath an' all....but I gave up after about 30 seconds....lol. Now when the demo hits I will have 13 xbox360 games sitting collecting dust and five arcade titles waiting to be forgotten, then around the same time (according to Pitpass info) we shall get the actual game........there is a god after all.....but sadly I think he is a game publisher....lol. Sadly too no other 360 racers come anywhere near close to the feel of Forza, I reckon onve FM2 hits we shall see the TOCA games come about too (well I'm hoping so anyway, TOCA is ok for a semi-simulation race fix). All in all though I'm ecstatic about FM2. :):):):):):):):) Should be that only GOLD members recieve the demo.........stop being so bloody tight and go get a subby card at once....that's an order as well!! :P
