Thanks this is what we have all been waiting for, a date we can put on the calendar. :D

TDU Central club announcement TDU Central club are proud to announce the club is going to restart on 17th July 2007. The daily cruises will start from this date, new meeting points and more information can be found in the first post. Please read the rules carefully, all new members wanting to join can only join as stated in the rules. To promote the club to new members and show what the club is about we are proud with the release of the TDU Central club video. Hi tigacatch that's why we have not seen you for a long time. :( Don't give up on the TDU now and don't download any patches until you have the release announcement. You will have a news message at your house in TDU. If you download the leaked patch then playing your TDU online could be broke forever when the proper patch is out. TDU is just too much fun to give up on it so just hang in there for a little longer. Now to keep on topic there is going to be another TDU Central club announcement soon ;)

This thread can stay active as long as you keep it on topic and just use this tread as information or add useful information. Not who is right and wrong and start the argument again. It can be useful for new players wanting some help.

I hope after all that driving in Carbon with the dodgy handling cars hasn't hampered my TDU skills. :p Anyway thanks for all your warm welcomes. :D

Thanks guys for your help, sorry the connection sucked so badly and not everyone could make it. :( This proves we must wait for the patch before the cruises can start again. With 5 we had a good strong connection but any more and it was very unstable.

You can bring any car you want so what ever will be best for smooth gameplay.

Oh yes that reminds me if you are going to be driving a Mafia car you must be wearing a black suit and the car must be black too.

I need some people that are interested in helping me tonight. Tonight I want to do a Mafia cruise but this time a bit different. I need 4 or 5 people to be in mafia cars and the rest in normal cars. I will explain more tonight in the game so if you are interested then please say here. If today is not ok then I can change it to Friday. We will meet at 8pm UK time @ the Italian Independent Dealer. We will be locked and isolated so please make sure you know how to do this. You will have to put up with a lot of orders from me so no messing around, but you will be part of something special so I'm sure it will be worth it. The session will last for 1-2hrs depending on how well things go. Oh and sorry I would like people in Europe so the connection will be stronger. So please reply if you can help me out. Thanks.

I do back-up but as timo found out it still messed up the club house.

No new members are in the club yet as I will need to sort out the club houses when the patch is out. I will then add the new members to the list when they are invited to the club and are listed in the club house in TDU.

Thanks for the update. I hope my save game lasts a few more weeks then. I'm scared to look sometimes when I start the game.

This game looks very good there is a lot of info in the trailer if you watch it over and over. :D So as other forums are doing it we can make a list. (Note from the trailer is hard to know if parts are just cut scenes) Hanging from vehicles Helicopter gunship bullet holes in windows incar view? Gas stations full with fuel kicking in doors of buildings Bridges with tolls anyone see anything else?

Well it sounds like they are doing a lot of testing so I guess only time will tell. We will see what the patch has to offer then we will have a right to complain if it's no good.
