Yep we went , didn't go all weekend tho as I had to replace the bathroom floorboards before the bathroom fitter come today. We got up there late staurday then went on the sunday, suprised my little Fiesta made it (long story, I'll explain next time I'm on the box). Was a really good day, very hot like last year and better placed than last year as we had the museum to walk round. That was good some really good motors and some motors that made you asks questions like why did you make it and why didn't you make it. They had 3 of the Monte Carlo winning Mini's the first and last production Mini and a Mini Turbo by ECA (iirc), The Range Stormer, V8 Vantage Proto, Last TR7, TR6, MG Metro Rally Car the MG land speed cars and the JCB land speed car and a few famous cars like Tomb Raider RR and Thunderbirds, Bond etc. I've got a few pics so I'm gonna post them soon along with the ones from the holiday. I probably got a pic of your mates one, is he part of the Essex roadsters or a club or not as this would have determined where he was parked. The compotition was probably the POO (Pride of Ownership). I missed an accident on the lunchtime as they reverse the steering on an MGF and you have to drive a course apparently he spun it and went theough the barrier and hit another F, try explaining that to the insurence. Oh and what you said about the avatar, you mentioned it a while ago in another one of these myspace thingy's, lol. ---------- Oh and you know how Baldy says we sound alike on the 360 ... my MSN avatar looks very similar to yours !!!!! well mine's holding a pint and a 360 controller! ---------- Hopefully catch up on the box soon, but I'm working 11 hour days atm and half day on saturdays but i'm gonna try and get on soon BTW sorry bout the essay

Haha there was a few with neons there. He probably done the power test on it as they had a rolling road there. I think I knwo the one your on about, i think I've got a photo of it aswell.

Hello MC, yes it has been a while. I haven't really been up to much since I came back off holiday. Shar hasn't got her TF anymore, a Honda Jazz to a dislike to it (this was the saturday we came back off holiday) and the insurence have just wrote it off as MG parts are minimal and expensive (the accident was under 10mph). But she has now got a black BMW Mini Cooper, just got to wait for the cheque from the insurence. Apart from that all is well. How you been?? got the home hub working properly yet??

Turkey?? We went Alcudia, Majorca. It was good and shar knew nothing about it gave her the tickets at 11am on the weds (her b'day) and was driving to the airport at 10am the next day. She loved it was a nice hotel (need to get some pics onto the thread as it goes). You going away anywhere??

When we was on the plane out there there was all the groups blokes and birds all in there matching t-shirts going there, one I remember quite well where the Magaluf Muff Divers who's motto was 'theres no muff to tough', lol

Your doing better than me, I used to play it round my mates on his dreamcast all the time about 5yrs ago so I got it and I can't get the hang of it atm, and keep getting beat. but then I have only played it once, I'm still hooked on GTA atm.

I didn't hate it, well it took some getting used to as it was not the same as older GTA's and the camera angle on the cars was a pain as it weren't central. Plus it werent great on a 14" tv but now I've got my LCD its all good.

Weel I can only get TDU and one other game on there atm, and I normally have a lot of free music vids and game trailers on there aswell. Looks like I'll be getting one

Just a bit of heads up about the A127, http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/a127-specs-speed-cameras.php These new SPECs Speed Cameras cover a section of the road from just before the A130 junction on the A127 up to the border of Southend where the existing Gatsos take over. There at 70mph atm but dropping to 50mph. Official Order and the effective date for the 50mph introduction is at 00.00 on 15th January 2009 or when the requisite signage is in place, whichever is the latest.

Cheers mate, I see your dad has an RT/10, I'm very jealous, its a brilliant car, I'm hoping to have a track day in one this year but most places only have the newer SRT stuff rather than the old RT/10's and GTS' :9

I would love one as a project but money a somewhere to put it are problems as well as insurence costs. They ain't track days as such, more you turn up have four laps in a few supercars then go home. A proper track day is when you take your own motor and spend all day racing the track.
