Saw a Merc CLK AMG Black Edition (no CLK badge, just AMG so I can't be sure), a modded Porsche 944, MkIII Jag, and a seemingly abandoned '80s Lotus Esprit without license plates... Oh, and a practically brand new blue Honda Civic Type-R that's already been hit from behind

Ah, Sunday was really fun, I went to the races! :p This is probably the biggest (or most well known) motorsports event in Singapore, the Sprints and SuperSprints. The Sprints basically are 1/8th mile or 200m drag races while the SuperSprints (SS) are the drag race, plus a specified course around the car park (parking lot to you Americans). Nowadays there are only really 3 kinds of car, Evos, Imprezas and old Civics. Not so long ago there was a lower class where Minis, Suzuki Swifts and Subaru Vivios competed, but it seems that's been canned. I even remember an A-class taking part many years ago! For this game, don't turn while braking, it slows you down quite a bit. Having said that, I should probably also add: Brake early, and brake when in doubt. Also, having an Analog controller (i.e. a Gamepad or wheel) makes turning and throttle control MUCH easier.... Although I say all this, I don't always listen to my own advice, and I'm stuck with a lousy keyboard... TDU was easier on my friend's Xbox360...
