  1. Well, like I said, I tried it on both my laptop and desktop. And the school internet network doesn't allow access to forums and newsgroups, so there aren't any other computers I can use to check
  2. That's exactly the problem. Sadly, those sort of people do exist in this world
  3. How bout Jag XFR? Suitably rakish profile to make it a contender to the Panamera
  4. Sorry to bump this thread guys, but due to the nature of my problem, I cannot create a new thread to ask for help. Basically what's wrong is that, other than quick replies, I can't post, edit, quote, and create new threads here, both on Firefox and IE, and both on my laptop and desktop computers. Even in the quick reply bar, all the buttons on top (e.g. Bold, Italics, colours etc) don't work. They aren't even highlighted when I move my cursor over them. When I try to post a full reply, or start a new thread, the page initially loads up as normal, but again none of the message options within the silver-coloured border work, and neither do the smileys. I can enter the content of my post, but once I click "post reply" or "submit new thread", the page is just refreshed, minus my entire post (which can be IMMENSELY frustrating), and the following message appears: 1. The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 5 characters. Could anyone here help look into this for me? Thanks
  5. Works now... Anyway Koeni, IMO the Porsche is too fussy in its details. It's trying too much to look like the 911, and that simply does not work for a 4dr. Also, because of the long roofline (notice that it extends all the way to over the rear wheels, compared to before it, if it was a regular 4dr with a boot) dropping away to the rear bumper so quickly, with no windows or anything to break up the bare metal surface, coupled with the really low rear bumper, the back end of it looks very heavy and hunched over, a bit like the Chrysler Crossfire. In fact, come to think of it, the Panamera does like a stretched Chrysler Crossfire! The Bugatti does look better, but only just, and i think it's down to its much simpler design. Doesn't have so many odd creases and vents everywhere (something the Porsche designers obviously used to make their car look less slab-sided. Hasn't worked). What the Bugatti lacks though is cohesion. That short, high rump doesn't match at all to the long, low, almost stately front end. The rear, and particularly the rear bumper are too high up, and, again, the long roof doesn't help
  6. Quite a toughie for me... Was impressed by Tool's, Koeni's and Variodical's but in the end I went for iQuit. Shows off a nice bit of the London scenery there
  7. How are the driving physics compared to ProStreet and Undercover? I think I may actually be tempted to buy this as well
  8. IMO the grille is simply to big to work well. It kinda fitted alright on the Veyron, which was all curves, but not this. Also, that Panamera-esque hatchback rear end is quite ugly too. Didn't work on the Porsche, not gonna work here. Why not just make a proper saloon?
  9. Or you could do one of these for everyone's favourite admin, Diablo! http://www.7extrememotorsports.com/lemans/cars/lamborghini-diablo-gtr-02.jpg http://media.photobucket.com/image/lambo%20diablo%20gtr%20side/impressive-cars/diablo-side.jpg
  10. EyeKatcher, no contest
  11. The heart-shaped windows probably add the most speed though...
  12. Galant, especially in Wagon guise, because nobody will know they're about to get smoked
  13. Well I don't see why it can't be called a performance car... Sure it's pretty slow by all conventional meanings of the word, but this is probably the literal iteration of the term "pocket rocket". I'd say it's a performance car because it's been specifically tuned for a sporty drive, and has been engineered to the max of what the Jap k-car rules allow. And P4G4N1, this forum is pretty strict about double posting so do remember to use the "edit" button at the bottom of your posts...
  14. Here ya go: http://www.flickr.com/photos/luukvankaathoven/ And I really like that Cadillac shot. The background, colour tone, and light coming from behind the car go really well together with the age and condition of the car. Makes it seem well used throughout its life, and the warm tone gives it a strong sense of nostalgia. Anyway, this is what I got down at the skate park the other day: http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p265/1carfreak1/IMG_5818.jpg http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p265/1carfreak1/IMG_5822.jpg Not my best though... Can anyone tell me how to take good action shots at night, using the flash?
  15. What're those supposed to be? Full-size V8-engined SUVs?
  16. I think this'd be pretty good :D http://www.flickr.com/photos/mikecaine/33611851/ Whichever one you think works best ;)
  17. Must you disagree with everything i say?
  18. Then it will simply look like the stock vehicle, duh! :cheeky:
  19. Ok then... For what it is (a 1800kg 4-seat sports car that's half the price of a 911 Turbo), it's a damned good piece of engineering. It's by no means the ultimate, but in terms of price-for-pace ratio, nothing else comes close. The ultimate one though, is a heck of a lot more obvious...
  20. Oh gosh... Why can't you be my girlfriend??!! :crying: (I mean other than the fact that you're already taken)
  21. Yay! Battlefield Heroes!!! But I can't seem to be able to take any screenies... Or at least, can't find them :(. Where are the screenshot files located?
  22. That is absolutely sick. Silver carbonfibre weave - who'da thunk it? The rims are really really nice as well One thing though: can you imagine crashing that thing? Or even just getting it scratched? Then again, maybe being an almost diamond encrusted car, it's possible that the material would be able to resist scratches!
