Well as Diablo said in the first post, the nuggeted are free to PM him and ask him to remove the nugget. anyway Mb does seem to be a very literate in English, and it was porobably him just not thinking straight, as I'm sure he knows oblivious is a word. He didn't seem to be unhappy with it, he seemed very happy as a matter of fact.

There are a few reviews within the Amazon sites, I'd suggest google'ing the wheel and finding some more reviews, as 3 (fior the Thrustmaster) isnt much to base an opinion on.

You definately don't have to buy any form of controller to play TDU, as there are plenty of members who are very good at driving and drifting with the keyboard. However I use a PS2 controller converter, which cost me about £4, much cheaper than a G25, which I posted about on your welcome page.

I agree, - Also having a rig with a controllable FPS such as around 17-25 minimum allows for easy control and much better prediction of traffic and other vehicle movment. - If you brake too late, it may literally be too late and you'll fly off, or smash into some trees. - I definately try to avoid coming off the road, even if it's going onto the grass, as going through trees means you're very likely to crash, and stop. - I use the car reset button as soon as i can if i go off - Just pacing and going very fast and learning when to break worked for me. - I find you don't need to break in some corners, you can go flat out, thats how I do alot of overtaking, as n00bs break, but lots of corners look sharper than they actually are, however this does work vise versa - Just playing this game a lot will make you aware of how to control I really damage my NFS controlling when I play TDU, and it works the other way, so I advice not playing both a lot at same times.

Howdy :D Hopefully it will work on your Mother's computer ... the worth is definately worth it, I waited in total around 3 months for me to be able to play TDU :mad: but it was definately worth it, even if the wait was agonising :p Hope to see you in TDU:C competitions and cruises!

Hey :D I guess you play TDU on the PC, as you mentioned your XFire and Teamspeak ... We try to hold events - well it's mainly me who organises the PC events 8-) as we're very busy lately as the younger members are hitting GCSEs / AS Levels or A Levels and just work is annoying. But we try to have an event once or twice a week on a friday or saturday night :)

The 'My Music' window is there to show that I have transparency on my start bar, all windows to prgrams, and the task bar :D This is my Vista Pack for XP. Well OK, I meant to say that the damage is far more realistic than the previous NFS', as the cars only used to get a cracked window for ramming cars and objects at higher speeds. The smoke is a bit of a gimik to start with, however smoke when you just turn round a corner is a bit too much, but as I say I'll get used to it, as still end up buying it :D

I saved to avi, and the file was 0kb big :S and the 'save project', but that doesn't finalise the encoding, the tutroial leaves that part to the imagination - which is weird. E: I've checked the DVD recorder, and it wont record to DVD-R :mad:

Right, I've done what the tutorial says, but it doesn't cover the encoding part .... Hmmm this is turning out to be very complicated :mad:

I've got it to work a bit better with the codec, but it plays back quite fast ... well the preview plays back fast than it should. I still cant seem to work the export to avi thing either.

How do I actually work this damn thing .... ? Which file(s) do i open. the screen shot shows the only files which are the right type on the DVD+RW If I open 1 or both, the preview plays back too fast and when I save avi, it saves with 0 kb file sizes :S

The screen shot shows the folders within the Disc, and also the files in the individual folders. this si for an un-finalized DVD+RW Would you ike to see a screen shot of a finalized DVD+RW Or screen shots of finalized DVD-R / DVD+R?

Yay, I can get 4xAA, High Detail on everything, and I get a smooth picture. Havnt run Fraps yet to see my FPS but hey :p The game is really quite cool, however the controls are bit iffy, because the respone is too high. the damage is very good and realistic, apart form the fact that the Evo I was beating up repaired itself :mad: The demo could do with with some car visual modifications by giving us a tate of the cutomisation area. But I definately will be getting this game, if not when it comes out, for Christmas.

I will also use the record to DVD trick for my computer :p As I'm sure it will give a much better picture, unlike Fraps, as it always plays up :mad: So Diablo, thanks for not only alerting the 360 group of how to record, but thanks on behalf of the PSN and PC groups too :D E: I've recorded onto a DVD+RW and I don't know how to copy the files from the DVD to the computer. I have DVD+RW / DVD+R / DVD-R Discs if I've used the wrong type of Disc that helps. The DVD-Recorder also allows me the option to finalise the disc meaning I can view the DVDs on a DVD player. For the DVD+RW I don't have to do this to still be able to view the footage. Help needed ;) - Thanks.
