Ok i have just tested this and i do not have this bug. I am running @ 1280x720 with 2xAA and HDR with medium detail and do not have this problem.

im noticing alot of other modders are rushing to do shift mods before me and tool gets to them. I will still continue even if they do the mod i am doing.
