  2. Why do you need to import it again in ZM2 ? You'd better work with a z3d file, next to first import. If model does not appear means you might not have kept right model structure as original TDU models. But for this subject I'm one of the least experienced. So you will need help from other people...

  4. Try to update your ZModeler 2. I remember some warnings and errors were not displayed on old versions.
  5. That means ZModeler does not support current configuration for your 2 materials. To solve this, you can try one thing: in material editor, change ENGIN_08 and ENGIN_06 material names by removing [GLT] markers.
  6. I thought it was highly unpossible, but so... great news ;) But changing cameras is not like swapping models. As it concerns directly database files, all I know these are loaded at startup-time only....
  7. :) If it was possible, I would have made it like this, already... but you have to restart the game to change database. No other solution. Neithertheless I don't think it's hard to use... simply apply camera and IK sets from the car which is replaced initially. It should work well.

  9. No, it's not a XML file unfortunately. Some other proprietary format, opened/edited with a proprietary tool.
  10. For one time sooner is the better ! As I've just finished including all 1.9 features, current release is ready. You shall refer to first post to download. From now on, I won't be making beta versions anymore, but this tool is provided 'as is' still. So please keep me informed about potential bugs you could encounter (I know there will be). Finally I will be able to begin working on 1.10. yeah ! :) and updating user guide, since it's very odd now Enjoy. note for myself : I have to update screenshot too. :oook:
  11. I tried to get samples from NFS Most Wanted months ago, but I gave up ... especially because of damn automatic shifting/braking even if gearbox is set to manual. Anyway, this sound mod is perfect for me :)

    Modding TDU was already a challenge, and we succeeded. According to unofficial sources, EDEN guys have been impressed by what everyone have done so far... they couldn't imagine it would be possible, as they've been working hard to lock this game VS mods. So let's go on, guyz :)

As knowledge about TDU Modding is getting bigger these days, it would be a good way for everyone to be informed :) Moreover, experienced users (non modders though) could explain in their own words how to modify their games with Modding Tools (for example), install and swap cars ... I hope there will be much people interested in it :cool:

  16. Nice replacement for my Gallardo coupe. Thanks Tool :) Didn't you notice a weird bug in the lowpoly model ? After a time run yesterday I watched the replay, and lowpoly model has a blue glowing effect on the wheels ! :twisted:

About a 4th tuning kit, I think it's not possible as: - only 3 kits are present in this game - with 600bhp, the servers will disconnect you very likely - personally I don't want to be responsible for any 600bhp skyline, nor 1000bhp honda civic in this game :p Again, please read Modding Tools user guide. I'm not writing it for my pleasure, but for you ! Anyway you may always ask questions about particular topics here.

    Great news for diablo lovers. Personally, I feel jealous over Xbox owners and their Diablo GT. Moreover, I never use the XJ220 because I don't like its appareance. As a Lambo it would be perfect to me. In a few weeks it will be possible to totally change car brand, so I'll take my revenge :twisted:

  23. I agree with Tool. Keep in mind that ZModeler import/export is getting no updates, and I'm sure , does not support all features of Eden's 3D engine still. Especially with materials configuration. Designer/converter guys need a good experience of workarounds to solve these issues.

    Not before 3-4 weeks anyway. Next version has already improvements, I can't include such subjects at the moment. Moreover, I know how to enable this next features, yet I have to make it easy to use for everyone. And that requires a lot of additional work.
