Steam Christmas Sale http://store.steampowered.com The annual Steam Christmas sale has started again and will be running from December 19th to January 1st. Obviously I can't list all the 1000+ games that are on sale so I'll be updating this thread only with the daily deals. You can browse the other deals in the link above. What make and model is your current PSU? If it's a good one you should easily be able to overclock so the problem might be somewhere else.

I really don't know anything about laptops' gaming performance, but this Review HP Pavilion dv6-6110eg (Llano) Notebook - Notebookcheck.net Reviews shows the same spec laptop to have "acceptable" fps in medium settings (and resolution being 1366x768...) on games that require quite a lot from computers, so BF3 would probably be the same, maybe low settings.

Well the VRAM isn't the only thing you should look at, as even the lower end GPU's have 1GB nowadays. What graphics card do you have?

I have a 1.28GB of VRAM on my GTX570 and BF3 is running pretty nicely on max settings.

Licence plates on the cars say San Andreas, so probably gonna be all 3 cities. :D
