very true And Jeremy Clarkson is in love with the new ZR1 and the new CTS-V, that should turn things around since after all, he is the universal opinion lol But GM is oging to come out of it. I know they will. They are doing bad now because of bad decisions they have made in the past. Almost every single car they have has been re-designed in the last 3-4 years and the market has not got an opportunity to react properly to them. The new Malibu gets better mileage than the CAMRY! they are doing good

I really think I almost did, the Corvette is my dream car and the best car in the world in my opinion (please no flaming or discussion on that comment). I had never seen one before today and it was amazing!

I SAW A 2009 ZR1!!!!! It's the first one I have seen. There is a guy who lives in my town, a millionaire but one of the only ones around, who flew his helicopter down to the Corvette Plant to pick it up last tuesday (I live about 4 hours dirve from the plant) It's black with black interior, 3RZ package without chrome wheels (thank God). It is absolutly impossible to describe how amazing it was in words. I didn't get to hear it because it was about 4 cars in front of us but I got to see it leave a stop light and my God the accleleration is just astounding! It's simply unlike anything out there.

I don't think it should have as much power as the ZR1, because that makes the ZR1 look less advanced, that's why the 2009 CTS-V has 556, not 638. I love everything on the car though, what a beast!

oh yes, the navigation systems, heads-up-display, power seats, heated seats, power-opening rear hatch, power-opening doors, vehicle monitoring systems, and onStar services are just so dreadful :rolleyes: P.S. these things all come in at about $10,000 less than a stock Viper (on the Z06)
