Guess you can do all the adjustments such as saturation, B/W, sephia, brightness, contrast etc. Borders and names/logos are also allowed.

Yeah but they usually say where they took the model from, while some just take someone else's mod and release it as their own without crediting the original creator.

I think he means the situations when people steal other modders' mods and release them as their own... That's how I understood it at least.
