    I personally do not consider it a cheat, more of an aid. You could have the fastest car in the game, but it doesn't make you win. At the end of the day it is still the user's driving skills that is going to give them the win. I think it is a good idea for modders and/or people who just TDU for a cruise (such as myself) It saves them time on completing races/instant challenges just to buy a car to see whether it works properly.

    Bit of advice for you mate, get the 9600GTS (I have dual 9600GS's [slightly more powerful than the GT] and they along with the RAM are the only limiting factors of me getting 5.9 in Vista)

    I lol'd. It cannot be a virus as that is the home of ZModeler. What your antivirus has done is flagged a false positive (Meaning it thinks its a virus but it isn't) http://www.viruslist.com/en/glossary?glossid=153654932 ^^ Take a read of that, then you'll understand
