    I kinda agree with tool, it is a bit harsh rating peoples mods. I mean, when people kept complaining about Reapers Z4, he removed the download link! So yeah it probz would cause people to stop modding. It would be fun writing reveiws and testing new mods but not if it could stop modders modding.
