Hey all, feeling very inspired by everyone else's work, can't wait to get cracking on my own- watch this space, soon to be updated :)

Ahoy-hoy everyone, it's only been forever, just like every time I disappear and return. Picked up forza 6, absolutely loving it, this is what forza 5 should have been, but I'm glad it wasn't, because they needed that crap to build on. Am using my cockpit/rig, also picked up a logitech g920 which is the business- seriously, if your looking for an xbox one/pc wheel, grab one, it's great. Am experiencing a little bug... Now, I know how to drive manual in real life, I've been using manual with clutch in forza games for even longer. I can not nail a shift, pretty much every single shift I do crunches gears. Usually downshifting. Sometimes a throttle blip will help, sometimes it won't, sometimes an excessive length of time coming off the clutch helps (usually ends up with me in the wall because I'm paying too much attention to that and not driving), usually it doesn't. I'm using a g27 h pattern shifter (it's my brothers, my 920 one should be here by the end of the week) and that has improved a little, as pretty much EVERY shift I made with the paddles (and clutch) was a mis-shift. Very very frustrating. Anyone else encountered this? Anyone got any tips??

The hype is real, kids - those of us with early access are enjoying the game before launch and the rest of the world waits for what is one of the better iterations of the Forza line-up. [headline]Forza Motorsport 6 Demo is Out[/headline] My first impressions on the demo are great. The graphics look as good as all of the screenshots and videos that we've seen so far, the sounds are as good as they have ever been from Forza and there is quite a bit of content to say it's just a demo. Spotted in a post the official Japan Xbox website which has since been taken down, the screenshots confirm that weather effects (including 3D puddles) and night racing, two of the most frequently-requested features for Forza, will feature in Forza Motorsport 6, which isn't surprising given their inclusion in Forza Horizon 2. - See more at: Veni Vidi Vici - Forza Motorsport 6... [headline]Forza Motorsport 6 Announced[/headline] Where better a place to announce the next iteration of your extremely popular racing series than at a HUGE motorshow? That's exactly what Microsoft and Turn 10 have done alongside Ford with the announcement that Forza Motorsport 6 will be coming exclusively to Xbox One as the series hits its 10-year anniversary this year (yes Forza Motorsport came out in 2005 folks!). The partnership with Ford will also see the new Ford GT that was only just revealed at the autoshow itself becoming the 'cover car' of the sixth title. As we here know, Forza Motorsport is a very much loved and respected racing franchise and it will be very exciting to see how it evolves over its predecessor, especially when you consider what Forza Horizon 2 included within it, and of what Project Cars will bring itself to the racing genre on the Xbox platform, releasing earlier this year. 2014 was a decent year for the racing game, it looks like 2015 will be following that nicely too. :cool: [subhead]Forza Motorsport 6 - Announce Video[/subhead] Only the very basic mention and video above is all we have been shown but as per the case usually with a FM title, we will no doubt hear and see a whole lot more at E3 in June.
