Game crash because of 2 mods I installed

Hello everyone

 

I got this problem that i installed 2 mods.. a bmw 535 e39 and an older version of the car..

The cars that got replaced was DB7 Zagato and Audi Rs4. I already own the Audi Rs4 so when i go to my garage and do anything it crashes. When i go to the Aston Martin showroom it crashes to.. how can this be? anyone got a suggestion to the problem i got... else i need to uninstall the game.. and then a question for that... can i still keep my current account if i keep the save game or do i need to start all over.. cuz its a bit anoying then when i just got the champion rank yesterday...
