Hi, Can someone explain how can I create a club? should my xbox be connected to the internet? And those street races that can be done by going next to another racing car... how can I increase the stake?

Your Xbox must be connected to XBL if you wish to create a club.

 

There's no reason to have one if you arn't connected to XBL.

 

What you need to do is go to the club you like and choose the "Create Club" option. :D

and how can I increase stake in street races? is that possible to do without being connected?

you go on i think game settings and multiplayer settings or something and it should be an option. you can change it to 10,000 i think and yes i think you need to be on XBL
