What is DB_FR.BNK?

When i try to install the patch i get an error.

When i check the log i found this:

 

Exception spotted: Unable to create edit task on BNK file: D:\Test drive\TDU\Data_DFE\Euro\Bnk\Database\DB_FR.BNK

 

So what is that and how do i solve the problem?

I believe its the French language database, for the French-specific parts of the game. You'll notice there's other language DB's, too.

 

Which patch are we talking about? Atari's 1.66, or the Djey's third-party 1.67d?

Can the problem be that it is a copy of the real game, its a iso file from the begining

i have same problem too , but with DB_IT. and my game is copy of the real game . i have 1.66 . Can someone send DB_(language) files to me ?

We can't upload original files. If you want the original files back, reinstall the game.

ok . thanks . we need to install mods manually and change cameras with TDUPE :)

can it work if u have the dp_it/fr?
