Not in the game or downloadable right now, I think they'll start coming soon. Along with the Lexus IS350, Audi RS4 and probably a few others. Maybe in the patch? Who knows.

RS4 is already in the game and so is the Skyline (not sure if it's R 34 though).. It was on of the first free 2 downloadable car packages on the marketplace..

It isn't out yet "BUT" atari have confirmed when they release the first patch Mid-june that it will include 2 free cars. The audi RS4 & the Nissan skyline R34. (same first two cars the 360 got)
