Another fantastic day of real racing with lots of passing and amazing car control as always. Congrats to Mat Jackson on his win in his return to the BTCC, it's good to have him back and I'm sure he'll do well for the RML Chevrolet team. Good to see the RWD Bimmers doing well also, I always root for those cars more than anything as I don't like FWD racers much. :cheeky: Looking forward to Rounds 7, 8 and 9.

The BTCC season continues tomorrow with Rounds 4, 5 and 6 coming from Thruxton as well as all the support races from Ginetta's to the Porsche Carrera Cup. Remember also when you install the patch DO NOT do it while the game is running, download the patch separately and install it then start the game up. There is a stickied thread in this section that takes you through the whole procedure. Bare in mind though previous non-legit copies may cause disruption.

The ITV4 broadcast does actually get a good response, if it didn't why would ITV4 pay for it year after year?! :D Also losing Vauxhall under GM might be a problem but I don't think we'll lose a Vauxhall as the team, the drivers and the cars are a goldmine for anyone wanting to break into the BTCC. Not to mention there is word of Alfa Romeo and Volvo (they are supposedly going to race once this season to see how to is) coming back, in fact there was even a slither of a hint that a Ford Factory team might enter the fold due to the ever increasing popularity of the BTCC weekend due to the all out entertainment as well as the value for money with all the support races also. Oh also there is a team with 2 or 3 MG ZS's I think they are who are looking for another driver before they enter the season.

It's going round in circles, it will never have a proper discussion as both sides are stubborn and some are even above that in wanting to convert or prove that they are right. It's not going to happen as no side can be proven or disproven. Face it in the end the believers can't prove that God does exist and the non-believers can't prove that God doesn't exist. So in the end this thread will never be civil and constructive, the 2 sides won't allow it to happen so for that it's :locked: Again this is why I hate seeing these topics on good fun and high atmosphere communities, it degrades it and never works out no matter what any one person or everyone thinks.
