  1. I merged your post and attachments with the first post. A translation would be very nice indeed! Thanks for bringing this to us.
  2. Eden actually posted up a job posting for a modeller yesterday.
  3. There was a small server issue regarding emails whereby they were being queued and not sent, so any new Registrations, Subscriptions and Private Message notifications etc would not have been received for the last day or so. This has since been fixed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. TDU Central team
  4. Saaawwweeeeettt! Thanks for the update Super!
  5. Ah but Live is much older and has had plenty of time to learn from it's mistakes, PSN (dull as dishwater name) is getting it's act together for the most part and for the short time they have been going compared to Live they're doing damn well. What will be interesting to see is when Sony get to the level that Live is at, will they stay free for online play and probably force Microsoft to go free or will they charge for it and compete with Microsoft on level terms so to speak.
  6. Oh god not helping. lol PS3 has a good catalog these days what with U2, KZ2, GoWIII, LBP and of course the eventual GT5. It also the advantage of mass support for good wheels from cheap and nasty to damn right expensive. The storage space and free online is an even bigger perk imo. Xbox 360 is just lucky it's got good games as the way MS mess you about would have you running for the hills. PC is where the diehards sit and tbh usually get the most longevity out of a title due to the modding scene. Graphics wise a high spec PC will spank both consoles, the consoles are essentially the same, the 360's GPU does seem to be easier to take advantage of as can be seen but developers are starting to finally get to grips with the PS3 too. All in all whatever you buy it for you will get a good game either way.
  7. They never said the island would be 2.5x larger as far as I know, if you managed to get a gander at the map in the PCGames.de scans then you can clearly see that the road network is a lot denser and that there are more built up areas showing. We should hopefully be seeing the OXM UK article coming in the next week (any subscribers here? lol) amongst others like that other Finnish mag that was mentioned earlier this month.
  8. Perhaps they'll include hints like skidmarks off the road or a hole in a fence or even a repaired barrier. :) It would be funny as hell to see a Ferrari or Lamborghini vertical on it's nose like in that James Bond film.
  9. There's something so wrong and yet very right when she's playing with those clean balls. [+] What a post for my 7,777th.
  10. I do it but I don't do this. :D
  11. I wasn't aiming anything at you, I was basically summarising what tWm said.
  12. Exactly, well said tWm. You can't judge the game by only what you have seen thus far as honestly we've hardly seen anything. @Iced: They were removed but someone found pics and threw them on tinypic iirc. A page back probably.
  13. This is how rumours and disinformation start. *sigh* There's more articles to come in the coming weeks so why don't we wait and see what they say as well as more media releases that should hopefully be coming also. Some of you seem to have made your minds up about the game already.
  14. If I remember Vibroboy he said the "Over 1000 Miles" in one of the videos was due to the roads equalling 1060 miles, which is just over 1600 km. Now look at the TDU map and see how much real estate is without a road and is just open, it's quite vast. Don't judge and jury it until you've seen it.
  15. FUEL was form over function with a massive environemt to explore but no real longevity due to the repetition. TDU2 looks to be function over form which is good however people are starting to fear this as being a small environment with a lot of detail thus getting repetitive due to the "small" landscape. As you can see it's difficult to get something that people just say "YES!" too, sure a massive environment full of diversity and lots to do would be the easy solution but doing that is not easy, therein lies the problem for developers. TDU was criticised for it's mass of offroad area that couldn't be explored. TDU2 will address this but in order to keep the game under a 10 year development they have to make the environment smaller but more diverse so now we'll have people saying the offroad is a great addition but now it's too small? LOL you see what I'm saying? I think people might be thinking of this being drastically smaller ala MCLA style but what area did MCLA have? Anyone know? :) If I remember correctly if you looped the highway it was 10 miles. (that's only the length of the highway that surrounds the area, there's more roads and such within that rectangle of highway)
  16. Stunning, if TDU2 sounds like that then bring it on!! :D This could and should be a TDU2 commercial tbh with the proper warnings of course (pro drivers + closed roads)
  17. Random and custom plates would be very welcome. And I'm sure a system ala MCLA could be implemented where anything goes offline but a restriction online where a default TDU2 plate would be shown.
  18. Because TEST DRIVE has always been about driving dream cars (in the true sense of the meaning). Only in recent titles have they dabbled with what would be considered everyday cars.
  19. Yes it is possible that they were asked to take them down. Some magazines don't like you posting full res scans or pics of their media, hence why the method of posting medium-large - not full res pics - and describing or taking quotes is usually seen. BTW :googleit: is your friend. - test drive unlimited 2 scans (last 24 hours)
  20. The game is over 3 years old now on all formats so it's hard to just buy from a store these days. Using the above link though and the promo code atari50 you can save 50% off the game and Megapack though. :D
  21. It's not a simulator though and TEST DRIVE has never been a simulator either, it's good to have some realistic aspects but if it gets too much like reality then it detracts from the game itself. :)
  22. We have actually been scouting for International mods since about 2 years but unfortunately nobody has really stepped up on our radar, it's a constant question between me and the Staff.
